Cleo’s

Leanne is an amazing stylist. Lauren is so sweet. Very welcoming and accomodating. So glad I found a great salon with wonderful talent.

I was admiring a friend’s hair and asked who she went to… it was Veronica here at Cleo’s. I used a referral card and received a great price on my cut. Even without the discount, the price of their cuts is comparable to what I was paying at the fancy salons in town. Anyway, I don’t know who cut the hair of those with horrible reviews, but it wasn’t Veronica! Last time I visited her, I received non-​stop raves for weeks. She takes the time to find out exactly what you like and explains what she’s doing along the way. I whipped out my phone and she even took the time to look at the Pinterest pics I had to show… Thanks, Veronica!

Veronica is my absolute favorite stylist! She has been my hairdresser for a couple of years now and I would never go anywhere else. She is helpful and honest about what styles are good for me (and that I have time to make look good, honestly you don’t just wake up and your bangs look amazing it takes work people!) and she listens to what I want. She gets 5 stars!
I normally would give Cleo’s 4 stars, because they are very expensive for a mall salon, but I don’t think Veronica should suffer for a company’s set prices. I would rather give all my money to her than the company however. Thanks V!

I usually purchase my hair supplies from Cleo’s, and during one visit, I received a coupon for a free haircut with one of their stylists. Seeing as I am a starving college student, I decided that it was worth a shot.
Cleo’s carries a wonderful selection of name-​brand hair and beauty supplies, so I figured that their stylists were probably knowledgeable about hair and hair maintenance. My appointment was with Bree, and because I’m trying to grow my hair out, I simply had her trim my ends, and my bangs. First appointment: A-​okay! I only paid $ 8 to have my hair dried and styled. Even if I had paid for the haircut, it would have come out to $ 26 ($ 18 for the haircut, $ 8 for the styling). I decided that it was worthwhile to come back and have her cut my hair again.
Second and third appointments were not so great. Not that Bree chopped my hair into some horrifying style, but I have really thick curly/​wavy hair, and I don’t think she really understood how to cut my hair type. Instead of altering and fixing up my layers as my hair grew, she continued to simply trim my ends. So now I have a bit of a triangle look to my hair, and no budget to fix it.
Overall, I will continue shopping at Cleo’s for my hair supplies, but as a curly girl, I think I’m going to pay a bit more, and go back to seeing the girl I was going to before.
