negative stars. apparently when they make a mistake with a customer’s purchase, then the customer brings it back requesting them to fix it, they will tell you they can’t help you and try to sell you a brand new item. if you protest, they will call security. even though it is unhygienic to return used jewelry, if the customer leaves with the wrong size in because of the employees mistake, then of course the customer would try it on and realize it was the wrong size. the business should have thrown away the jewelry and replaced it free of charge.

Cheap, cheap, cheap jewelery. I bought a new piece of body jewelery that broke before I even got to use it and the best part they refused to exchange it even though their receipt days exchanges only!
