I contacted David and it was super simple. When we showed up in the park for a photo shoot he was already there and ready to go. That was nice. We where able to get the pictures we wanted and David took a lot more. HIs turn around time to get you the finished photos was quick. We negoticated the price when I first contacted him and there were no changes or tricks. I have recommended him to family and friends and will use him again.

I would definitely recommend going to David Yager photography.
David was able to take my portrait during the Christmas holidays on a very short notice. The photos turned out excellent, and I could not be happier. He was very flexible both in scheduling and formatting the picture to my tastes.
He is very comfortable to work with, and provides a relaxed atmosphere. I was very happy with the price as well.
I would definitely recommend David Yager photography. I will be a repeat customer.

We love working with David! He has a great way to make everyone feel comfortable and even our preschooler warmed up to him quickly (not always easy with photographers!). He is respectful of what poses I want for pictures, but I always end up liking the poses he suggests and he captures some beautiful candid shots (my favorites). What I like most about him is that he has a unique style, he captures a genuine expression and edits pictures with an artistic eye— other photographers I have worked with go for cookie cutter smiles and overly edit in ways that seem too fake and cheesy. We have hired David a few times (for portraits and family pictures), and I only wish we still lived in Chico to continue working with him. Highly recommended!

David Yager takes the most amazing photos!!! What I really like about them is his style, so different from all the others! From the technical side and his vision for the composition, the photos are a work of art.
