Always a good choice when you just don’t want to cook or go out. I love being able to get my Chico favorites at home. The drivers are super friendly and prompt.

We’ve used entrée express a few times now and I do appreciate the service and will continue to use them. However, one delivery was horribly late so our food was cold. And the drink order was wrong. When we called to notify them they were very curtious and sent a coupon as apologies.

Well they showed up quick, but she didn’t have enough change. Which was actually like 38 $ ish which to me doesn’t seem like a lot of change. So after waiting for an hour she left, and took the food with her… so the food is just sitting there riding around with her, getting cold… and I’m super hungry still… Next time, HAVECHANGE!

While I didn’t receive any calls from the buisness, I did receive a letter about 5 days later. Included in the letter was a refund for my meal and a coupon for the next time we want to try them. We’ll have to think about it, but I appreciate the effort to win back customers.

So, on Friday 01.02.2015 Abby with Entrée Express sent me a letter of apology and assured me that the issues that I brought up had been addressed and the problems I experienced would never happen again, and even included a $ 15 coupon. In addition, when I ordered from Priya again, tonight, I called to make sure that they knew I would be using the coupon and Abby answered the phone and let me know she had already informed the driver that I would be using a coupon, so to know to deduct it from my total. She also let me know that my review has been plastered all over their office. Abby, at least, gets an A+ for customer service. All I did was say my name when I called in and she had already taken care of everything. P. S. This girl deserves a raise. :) Another update, the driver was early and completely prepared!

Ordered from Raw Bar Sushi using Entrée Express and was terribly disappointed. Order took so long(approx. 1 hour/45 mins) and we called restaurant to check and order was just being picked up along with others. No courtesy call placed to us by driver to inform us about the long wait or status of the food. EE Manager was called after food was delivered finally… room temp! Husband tipped 20% online which was not earned and manager had nothing to say other than we should have called into Ent Exp and spoken to them. This is a paid service by the customer and we should not be blamed for their inadequate drivers. A simple status call would have been warranted after the one hour mark. NEVERAGAINWILL I USETHISSERVICE!
