i’m not convinced these people do much more than put your clothes on a hanger and sell them back to you. my work jackets still had wrinkles at the bend of the elbow and my comforter, never mind. this place just isn’t worth it.: (

I’m a regular customer at Flair and I’ve always received great service and my clothes are always cleaned and pressed to my liking. I’ve been using Flair for about 2 years and I’ve never had any problems. I plan on staying with Flair for the good and I highly recommend Flair to others.
There’s been three times where I’ve needed to get clothing done pretty quickly, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the fact that it wasn’t really a big deal. At least at other cleaners I’ve gone to it’s always been problematic to get stuff done quick.
One other note is that the staff is very friendly and personable. They’re very nice to work with.

Terrible place to get your clothes pressed or cleaned. They ruined a garment of mine that will set me back a few hundred! They ruined it, called me and told me it wasn’t their fault. They think that enough compensation is to just not charge me for the garment they ruined rather than knocking down the price at all for the other items I had cleaned. I will never go there again, I will never recommend this place, and I will tell everyone in my work and personal world that they had terrible customer service and horrible high prices!!! Don’t go here!
