I wanted to do a review update because I have been going here once a week for over a year now and I cant describe the changes it has made for my health, I have lost weight because I can work out again and I consider this to be a very important part of my health routine.

Had a great massage by Heather! I bought a groupon for my massage and when I called I was able to get an appointment the next day which was awesome! Heather is very friendly and approachable. She works out of a salon so I was a little worried when I arrived that it might be noisy but once we went into the massage room it was very quiet and calming. Heather has the magic touch! My massage was very relaxing and she paid special attention to my problem areas. I felt wonderful afterwards and my back pain has decreased significantly. I will definitely be back and I would recommend Heather to anyone!
