Glende Polaris

Today I bought a 2016 Polaris Ranger 570, and the first ride down the road I fell in love with this thing. I was treated very well here by everyone I encountered, and I feel that I chose the right dealer, no pressure, just straight up honesty, and helpful, more helpful than I could have asked for, in fact I didn’t have to ask for anything it was all covered before hand. The owner even loaded it right into the back of my truck for me. Once again thank you for everything and I will be back, that’s for sure.

The whole group at Glende Polaris Yamaha are absolutely customer service oriented. If I was to start a similar business I would look to Glende as an example of how to make customers feel like they matter. Everyone is helpful, instructive and enthusiastic bout being there.
I have read a negative review and think that the person must not be a very nice person to have made the people working there to be anything other than absolutely fantastic.

I had an excellent experience with purchasing my quad from Glende Polaris. I live a decent distance away, but Shaylee was very helpful with providing detailed information, including picturesof the quad I was looking to pick up.
I have actually never been to the shop itself, but bought the quad over the phone and dealt with Gray who was nice enough to arrange shipping down to me at a very reasonable price. The bike came as I expected it to. It was in a great shape for being almost 2 model years old, although still new. They had told me from the beginning (hence the great price) the quad had some miles on it from being driven in and out of the shop, and a few times in the back lot. It was also the outdoor display. I was fine with that, as they guaranteed in has only been for that purpose and were very upfront and honest about that from the start.
A couple of little things were wrong cosmetically with the quad, maybe even only occurred during transport, but Gray was quick to get in touch with me, and let me know he was on it, and the parts could even be replaced under warranty!!! One can only appreciate customer service like this.
So far, I have nothing bad to say about this shop. I would like to get down there to meet the staff in person and pick up a few things in the near future. As always I will update if anything changes, but I plan to keep doing business with Gray and Shaylee! Ill travel the distance, as I’m not too impressed with my own local polaris shops Unilocal reviews…

I recently helped my Uncle in the purchase of a Polaris Browning Edition XP 900. My Uncle’s local dealer was such a drag to deal with, so he asked if I could help him locate another dealer willing to work with him. I have a long background in the power sports industry, so I was glad to help. What a delight it was as soon as I got Grey Glende on the phone. Grey was helpful, respectful, and very professional. We were able to negotiate a fair price rather quickly, and my Uncle and I drove to Chico the very next day to purchase the new vehicle. Grey delivered everything he promised over the phone with no bait and switch or funny business… he’s a straight shooter. By far one of the most painless buying experiences I’ve ever experienced. We wrote a check, loaded up the unit and were driving down the road in less than an hour. We’ll definitely be back again, and we highly recommend Glende Polaris to anyone in the market for an ATV, SxS, or watercraft.
