My decorator only uses Ben Moore paint. My low rating is because when we ordered four paint samples, two did not match the swatch of the colors selected. Now we just go here to get swatches and then take them o Kelly Moore. They have much better color match processes.

I have worked with the crew over at Knight’s Paint for several years. Their customer service has always been good. They are prompt to help and good at delivering solutions. In terms of the variety and quality they stock, Knight’s Paint is one of the very best paint stores in the area. I am so glad that we have a business like this in Chico.

I went into this store because of the Benjamin Moore paints that they sell. I no longer care about having Benjamin Moore paint after being in Knights Paint store today. I was selecting paint colors and ready to order a gallon when I heard a man who works there say in a loud voice, homophobic slurs. He said the f word, and many other offensive comments, describing a person. It was so beyond offensive, that I went to the register and told the two men and the woman who were behind the counter, who worked there. I let them know how offensive it was what was being said, let alone during business hours while a customer was in the store and that I would not be giving them my business.
I will not be returning to this store again after this experience.
