The ladies running the shop are very friendly and kind. The items are well organized and clean.

An awesome thrift store. They have a collection of VHS tapes for the retro crowd, cheap clothing and accessories, and a large collection of used books. I saved so much just by shopping here. Will definitely be back, partially because of the owner’s dog, Shady.

I was in Chico and came across this shop. The lady working there was very helpful and friendly and the prices were great! They also give student discounts!

I was thrift store hoping and came across this place via Unilocal.I was looking for kitchen supplies and some things for the living room. The employees were friendly and directed to the section of the store I needed to go to. I found plates, cups, bowls, a crockpot, an ottoman, mirror and some folding tables in perfect or pretty good condition. I spent around $ 75-​$ 80 which was incredibly cheap! The ottoman just need to be vacuumed and sprayed with freshener and it was almost brand new. I got that for $ 15. Any other retail store would have been $ 60-​$ 150.
I’ll definitely be coming back here for any of my other thrift store needs!

Came across this non-​profit in Chico. We LOVE it. Worth the drive for us to donate household goods, décor, etc. Low prices, as thrift stores should be, it is all donated goods afteral. Plus we always seem to find something we like for our home too. Love that the money we spend goes to such a good cause. Keep up the good work.

Small location, parking can be difficult.
Lots of old worn clothing, cheap and inexpensive.

I’ve been to many thrift stores in Chico, and Home At Last Thrift & Gift is by far the best! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They showed me around the store and offered to help me find what I was looking for. The selection of items is extensive — clothes, appliances, books, videos, art, furniture, dishware, ect. — pretty much anything you might want, and all for a great price which is a small fraction of what you would pay at a retail store. The store is very clean and organized, and the merchandise is clearly priced and of high quality. I had a great experience shopping there.

I definitely recommend this place. I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve gotten great service and have found quality thrift store deals for amazingly low prices. If you’re a college student on a budget, like myself, definitely check them out.

I stopped in this store a few weeks ago to check it out, since I love a good thrift store. It’s always so fun to look around to see what kinds of little treasures you can kind — sort of like a treasure hunt. From the outside, it looked like a very small store, but when you go in, it is more expansive. The people who work there are really nice and great you when you come in. There is a little room near the front where they keep some of the nicer decorative items which was fun to explore. Everything was nicely organized and clean. If you love animals (which I do), you will notice that there are more than average animal-​related items. They even have dog leashes/​attire and horse items. I thought this store was fun and really liked that the proceeds go to help horses at the equine sanctuary. I suggest that you check it out next time you feel like hunting for treasures!
