Cheap tools and it’s quick and easy to find what you need.
I had a not so great exchange with a larger woman with glasses employee. My propane garden torch had the hose balloon on it a week after I bought it so I went in to exchange it for the same thing… I didn’t have a receipt of course, they always tell me they can look it up by card… she did eventually but gave me a huge lecture and hassle and overall wasn’t pleasant.
Every now and then the music over the loud speaker is not appropriate for a work place, it sounds like one of the employees plugged their iPod into it… corporate would not approve.
Again, cheap tools.

I love the prices and all the selection; but the service is horrible. Looks like they hire probationers who don’t war to be there. But of course, I will be back. Jus no with the wife ;)
