This is a great, honest business with great employees who truly want what’s best for you. My car broke down and I sent it off to these guys, I sent it in for an inspection and they did a great thorough job. I’m from out of town and had to get a ride home to get to work– they let me keep my car on the lot free of charge until I could get back there at the end of the week and for that I am so grateful! Any other Mechanic shop probably would have tried to charge me to keep it on the lot which is something I really can’t afford right now. Honesty is the best policy, and word of mouth is the best form of advertising! These guys are great and they are worth every penny you pay to have your vehicle in their hands! Can’t thank them enough! Will definitely come back if I’m in the area!

I trust Ben and his crew at Highway Motors to work on any of our cars. They are straight up with you and always fair in their pricing. As a woman I can go there for all my automotive needs and I am always treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend them if you live in the Chico area.

If I could give them lower than a 1 star I would. I was sold a 2003 jaguar which I was told had a clean title, whixh it hadn’t. I had to pay for a new radiator, transmission line and now a new catylitic converter. I paid 11 grand out the door its blue book trade in value is 2500. I got completely hosed They are dishonest, untruthful, and have zero regard for their customers. Their business ethics are non existent, in order to get them to resolve the radiator problem I had to threaten to sue. Do not buy a car here!

Went there for extensive work on my 1999 Camry and everything went smoothly. They informed me of what services I might need in the next year or two. They gave my car a good wash as well!!! Thanks for the great experience!!! Expedient and professional, I’m sure to return.

Today I got my truck back from having it serviced at Highway Motors. They did a great job! I was given my old parts and had everything explained to me before the work was done. Chad and Sean were very professional. Cruz and Sean2 were also very helpful and personable. I will be back.

I cant tell you how happy I am after finding Ben and his crew at Highway Motors !! I recently purchased my second vehicle from them and couldn’t be happier !! Not only has it been a great truck, I can now have them do my regular maintenance also ! They have a full blown service shop ! If your in the line for a vehicle, paint, or just service Highway Motors is the place, keep up the good work guys !!

Well, I have been a repeat customer at Highway Motors for a few years now, and I love them! I recommend them for all of your automotive needs. They are fast, friendly, and professional, easy to find (on 32), and the owner still answers the phone… They have a good reputation, and their work speaks for itself. I have all of my tires and wheels worked on there. I am planning on bringing my motorcycle in for a paint job soon also. Ben and Cruz are very upfront with cost, and they are reasonable. They answered all of my questions and concerns immediately. If you have a problem, they will work to make it right and ensure you are a happy customer when you leave. Thanks guys for all the good work:) I will be back!!!

Ben and his guys repainted the tailgate of my truck because of a big scratch I got on there. It is a metallic green paint and they matched the factory paint PERFECTLY. I was truly amazed that I could not tell that it had ever been repainted.
I was totally happy and Ben was so nice to deal with. I highly recommend Ben and Highway Motors.
