I feel the need to write a review for this place. I saw the review by Jesse after looking for a place to shop with my girlfriend, having been disappointed by the shop attached to the strip club. As he says, the place looked sketchy as hell, my girl making an off-​handed joke about the warehouses and the look, but once we got inside we were taken off guard by the amount and how it looked. They had all kinds of toys, some lingerie, and a diverse selection for what we had expected. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Its not a giant store or anything, but its far more than what we suspected. After quickly finding what we wanted, we took a quick stop over by the lube and figured we should as the lady at the register about it.
This is where the five stars come in. Like, the location being out of the way and it being out of stock on some things, I would’ve probably given it a four (still worthwhile), but the lady as the register was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to answer whatever questions we needed. Rather than simply just being given a recommendation, she added in the details of the different brands, what each one was good for, and then added in about the bondage tape we also planned to purchase about the experiences she heard of or knew of with it. My girlfriend and I left, having enjoyed our experience there, and with some quality stuff. Honestly, one of the nicest customer service moments I’ve had at a store. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

I came here with my girlfriend a couple weeks ago to check out some toys and lube. There were no reviews on this place which was surprising since this place seems to be the only option in Chico for adult novelties, so I suppose you either take it or leave it.
At first glance, this place looks sketchy as hell. It’s located in the back of a commercial/​industrial type complex and it just looks really out of place.
Exterior aesthetics aside, the store is actually nice inside. The reason I give it 5 stars however is because of the excellent customer service. The lady who was working there was so friendly and open about everything. She was professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the products she was selling. She answered all of our questions and gave her opinions as well. She made me feel very comfortable in a place that can make many people feel embarrassed or uneasy.
