TERRIBLE!!! Not only did the provider talk me into paying more than it would have cost to take my iphone to Apple and get my screen fixed, but lied to me about warranty as well. I told him I wanted to go elsewhere initially because the repair was about half the price elsewhere and he assured me that it was worth using icracked because of their «warranty.» I was stupid and bought into it. The screen came with a «protective shield» that caused my phone case not to fit and assured me that it could be peeled off. Well when I peeled it off the entire bottom of my phone disconnected from it and the front lifted out and now my speaker doesn’t work. I have to get a whole new phone now because of them!!! I texted Scott, the technician with my concerns and he did virtually nothing to remedy his repair that destroyed my phone. Don’t use this service!!! Scott was no help after he sold me on the warranty that probably doesn’t exist anyway. TERRIBLE

Scott helped me get my phone un-​cracked the day it broke. He was friendly and professional and I am completely satisfied with my new screen. I would recommend him to anyone with a cracked screen.
