Jack in the Box

I called in to let them know I wouldn’t be coming in to work and they said with the coldest voice ever «We don’t have a Shanaynay». I was obviously very pissed so I told them «Yes, indeed there is a Shanaynay». This bitch replies «I can’t tell you who works here, but there isn’t a Shanaynay»
May I add that I let her know that I would write a Unilocal review about my terrible experience. Here it is hoe.
Needless to say I popped my pants.

Terrible customer service. No ice in the machine and the soda was flat and hot. Wait was very long and the food was aweful.

They forgot my order and the drive thru attendant was very rude while taking my order :(

What is it with this location?
I’ve been here on numerous occasions.
Super slow service even when their not busy!
I was in on July 3^rd at lunchtime– on this particular day it was a pretty busy «lunch rush». We ordered tacos & it took almost 20 minutes to receive them!
Was in yesterday (drive thru) ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger. I requested to add onion & tomato. At the end of the total: I see they added an additional .15 cents for tomato? I was unable to question it until I got to the window. I asked «WHY» the additional cost? No explanation even: but was simply told; they have «always» charged extra. Then why didn’t they also have me pay more for onion, just tomato? What a rip off for 2 slices!
I said that I’ve ordered it that way at other location & have never been told or had requested to pay an added fee. The manager ended up telling Erik the cashier to take off that amount but to «next time» let all the customers know there will be an additional payment for tomatoes.
What’s with this, I went to the location in Oroville a few months back and they ran out of tomatoes! They stated their truck hadn’t arrived for delivery yet, did they offer to take off .15 cents or adjust the cost for having no tomatoes– «of course not»…
Won’t be returning to this location ever again! I’m assuming it’s a franchise location and they are lacking in sales and good customer service! But, I’m sure their quality control is good!

Can’t recall the last time I’ve set foot inside a fast food restaurant. So my review is based upon an unplanned stop (aren’t they all?) through the drive-​thru.
This Jack in the Box is ideally located in a Target shopping center and can be very busy at times. There is always a long but swiftly moving line of cars snaking along.
At 7 o’clock on a Monday morning, I had the place to myself.
I love it when fast food restaurants offer that pre-​order menu board before the main menu board. That way I knew what I wanted once I was greeted by employee/​speaker.
I got my order in, was told to double-​check the order on the computer screen, and off I went… slowly. I don’t want my car to add to those metallic scrape marks along the curb.
A cheerful worker soon handed me my breakfast burrito and OJ and that was that. My sleeping child didn’t even know Mommy had made an extra stop before going to the babysitters. I’m so discreet.
I consider fast food a treat. I know it’s unhealthy. But a couple treats a month is okay. My breakfast burrito tasted hot, fresh, and satisfied me enough to skip lunch that day. So as long as this particular location keeps up the good work, I’ll see them in a few weeks.

First off, I recommend you go after 9 for the Munchies deal for $ 6 with 2 free tacos if you did the survey on the receipt from previous purchases at Jack in the Box. So cheap, so good, and I do not care if I gained weight this Christmas-​New Years season, because finals are over, I am home from my university, and all I want to do now is eat, sleep, and play videogames. Jack in the Box helped me with this.
Secondly, I like the cashier that served me that day, I do not recall his name, but he gave me a smile when I asked for a smile as a response to him asking if I’d like anything else. It’s cleaner than the other Jack in the Box I’ve been to, and not too far from my friend’s house. So they can bet I’m coming back for more Munchies the next time I’m visiting my friend.

Delicious, but I fear for my life.
They put butter on my hamburger.
The put BUTTER on my HAMBURGER.
I’m as happy as a pig in mud because it feels so nice in my mouth, but I’m afraid to go back more than once a month or so, because they put BUTTER ON MY HAMBURGER and it was delicious. TOO delicious. And felt good in my mouth. They’re up to something. I could see the dog park from here and I do not trust this.
Service was fairly quick, and the woman at the window was polite. She wasn’t stingy on catsup or sauces for the curly fries. They cleverly have an identical menu board ahead of the drive through speaker so people can order more quickly once they do get to the speaker. I’m not a serviceman but they had a sticker advertising a 10% discount for military folks which is a VERY classy touch. Things looked clean and nice and shiny and magical and it was a fine and fancy rare treat but they put BUTTER on my HAMBURGER.

This Jack in the Box is superior from other fast food places solely due to their customer service. If I’m going to eat an unhealthy meal and clog my arteries for less than $ 5 I expect nothing but the best customer service with my curly fries and ranch. I believe it was Laresse who took my order. I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and he suggested that I get it with sourdough bread. His suggestion did not disappoint. He was very charming and his customer service skills were on point! Give that man a raise! I will definitely go back to this Jack and the Box and this Jack and the Box only because you can tell their employees actually care about their customers and it is apparent that management is doing their job.

Good food, quick service. Drive thru speaker hard to understand person taking order.

There is worse jack in the boxes out there I went here ordered four tacos two chicken sandwiches and two small drinks and I said I don’t want the tacos u already have waiting he said well cook em fresh he called my name I said where’s my drinks he said I didn’t hear you order any drinks luckily the woman rang up my drinks saving the day and they put my food on a tray like I asked them to.

For a fast food place, I like it here. I love that they serve breakfast at anytime of day, because lets face it there is nothing as good as an egg croissant for dinner! Staff are always friendly to me, but my only complaint is the fact that when going through drive through, you have to repeat your order over and over and over, which can be annoying. I am assuming it might be a bad drive through speaker or something…

I am giving this Jack In the Box 5 stars based solely on the customer service…
I do not eat much fast food, but do occasionally crave a milkshake and head over in attempt to satisfy this craving.
Anyhow, the people that work there are so nice and act like they are all making enough money to pay the bills and then some! They are always smiling (even at 1am) and definitely the nicest employees of any restaurant I have been to in Chico! Kuddos staff and management-​I wish all employees had your work ethic and level of customer service.

Used the drive through at this particular Jack in the Box location several times and they’re always very competent. I don’t have to repeat myself a million times and they’re always friendly and think of everything I need.
Have to say I don’t agree with any of the other reviews… I’ve driven several types of cars through the drive through and never had any problem getting in or out of it.

I got the sourdough grilled chicken. First asked for no sauce on it, so when I got my food, (went through the drive-​thru) mayo all in it!!! Of course I’ve already drove away before I saw this. I got the spine of the lettuce, yuck! Also after I got my food, someone tried to give me the next orders food!!! The best thing about it was my milkshake. I had to ask for a straw.

I like their breakfast jacks here… what I don’t like is their damn drive through… getting out of the drive through is a bitch if you have a vehicle bigger than a smart car…

This Jack N The BOx is probably the most inconvient to get in and out of in Chico.
