KFC

The food here is pretty good. The customer service is OK. They can’t seem to get the orders right though. 3 times in a row they have messed up my order. I will not be going back here.

Bad customer service, I don’t like paying $ 10 bucks for cold chicken either. I won’t be back.

Dankest KFC I have been to in a long time. Definitely one of the best. This is a must visit for all kfc enthusiasts in Chico. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

First off, the best food on the face of the planet. For the past month I’ve been going there at least three to four times a week and the food never seems to disappoint me. On the other hand, the customer service there is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Everyone seems like they don’t want to be there. They don’t greet anyone as they walk in and they make me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I used to work at a Der Wienerschnitzel and we showed customer service 10 times better than they do. There’s not a lot of KFC’s left and if they want that one to succeed I would hope the either A: Change the attitude of they’re employees or B: Hire new employees.

First of all three stars for the chicken kfc never seems stop amaze me but this particular store has one of the worst customer services I’ve ever been to, for that I should give a one star. No greeting on coming even when I pay its like I’m paying my debt that’s not good for a business and they don’t give suggestions even if I ask them to.

If I could give this KFC a negative 10 I would. I went there last night to buy dinner for my family. I ordered food through the drive thru. It seems like every time I go to this KFC they are out of chicken. They never have what you want. Last night I wanted to add something to my order once I got to the window and was told I couldn’t add anything because they were closing. It was 8pm and the drive thru closes at 10pm. There were people in the lobby ordering food and other cars in line ordering as well. This KFC needs new management and really needs training in customer service. I will not go back and give them my business again.

Only giving one star because I have to. I went through the drive thru on my lunch, ordered a two piece and a drink, I got to the window and he told me it would be $ 16. I asked why so much and he read it back to me and had charged me for something totally different. The gentleman couldn’t figure out how to change my order, I told him to just cancel it and then type in what I actually ordered. He said for the confusion he would throw in an extra piece of chicken (very nice of him). I got my food and he shut the window, I waited a minute or two till he figured out I was still at the window… He had forgot my drink (lemonade). He filled up a cup and frantically looked around, he then bent down below the counter where I couldn’t see him. Came back up putting a lid on my drink. Finally got out of the drive thru and took a nice big gulp of my drink and it was straight syrup. I opened up my food and the «extra» piece of chicken he threw in for me was the size of a chicken nugget! I don’t have a KFC where I live so I always try to find one when I work out of town. Such a disappointment. No wonder they are all shutting down

Super friendly people totally took care of me and my order. I really appreciated Sergio super nice and friendly.

This place cannot get an order right to save their lives. Plus they never have the food prepared you want so you have to wait forever, then you have to wait again while they fix the order they screwed up the first time. This time it took me 40 minutes to get out of there with my food to go.
Also, don’t even think of ordering one of the chicken pot pies they advertise so hard, they never have them ready! For the life of me I do not know why I have given them three chances in the last 3 months. Never again.

Just a KFC. Isn’t great but isn’t bad. I know every once in a while I get a KFC craving and it cures that for sure. Some of the items on the menu seem pretty disgusting!

right next to the mall, ill go here for convenience but not because its great. i like the chicken strips!
