Jim Pihl Private Investigator

Years ago, my family was having with multiple rental properties in Chico, CA. A friend recommended Jim to me to help me investigate the problem tenants, and I am SO grateful that I decided to work with him. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I never had any problems with his services, and he delivered on all that he promised me (and then some!) He kept me well informed on what was happening with the situation, and thanks to all of his hard work, the problems we were having were resolved as quickly as they could possibly be.
Even after relocating to Southern California I have used Jim’s services. I had a problem neighbor who has put me in some less than desirable situations, and Jim has been able to help me out immensely, even from across the state! If it had not been for my amazing experience with his work in the past, I wouldn’t have even know where to turn once the problems here started.
Not only would I really recommend him to anyone looking for an investigator, I would use him again in a heartbeat. He knows his stuff, and when I need a job done, I want to know that the person I contract can deliver on their promises, and Jim delivered! It is shocking to see negative reviews when Jim is the ultimate professional.
