Okay. Wifey is a professional property person. She won’t use anything but KM paints. Why? Total quality/​value. The Chico store one of the best of the bunch of these folks. Total pros here.
I hate to paint but if I must this is my go to source.

We’ve used them for a few of our rental units now, and are always very happy customers when we leave. They know answers to our questions about smoke damage on walls without missing a beat. But I was even more impressed when I offhandedly asked about a personal antique furnature painting project of mine, and they even had the answers for that!
