Ru talking about total Wireless cell phone company? Ur review was made in 2011 and I don’t think they had even formed the total Wireless compsny?

Our experience at this store was horrible! My 12 year old daughter took her phone in to be fixed/exchanged under warranty. They charged her $ 35 (which she earned on her own) and told her her phone would be replaced; she has had it for only four months. Upon returning, they refused to exchange her phone, claiming it had water damage, which it did not. The water dot is still white. Furthermore, they refused to return her money. The guys there are shady and are very condescending — very poor people skills. They are very dishonest and disingenuous. Get a written guarantee for any work to be done. My personal opinion, based on our terrible experience, is that you avoid this store altogether.
