Worst experience ever at any Lids store. I paid the $ 5 for the discount deal last Friday, go in there this Friday and they tell me it’s expired. Really, did the guy last Friday pocket my $ 5 for the renewal? So I’m just out? Wow. Never going to the Chico Lids ever again. Didn’t offer to help me out at all just told me to renew it again. Very disappointed.

I am disappointed with this store. They have a huge selection of certain hats but the staff is what kills it. They always seem to be sitting by the cash register just talking to each other. The staff is not helpful when searching for a hat and often seem uninterested in what you are doing. I usually walk in and look without an employee even saying hey or how is your day. Improve your staff and you will get an upgrade!
