They changed my plan to a lease and didn’t tell me when I went in with a problem about my slow phone

It is really sad that we have been a customer for many many years and always bought our phones at this location and when my wife breaks hers and they won’t honor the insurance we pay and give us another phone. They send us to the t-mobile call in center where we are on hold for ten minutes then hung up on. So I guess we will go home and do it online and be workout s phone for a couple days. It really should be more convenient for the customer when this happens. You have lost any and all future business from us.

Went in to trade in an iphone 4gs. I rarely call or text or e-mail but need it sometimes. My brother suggested Tmobile. They took my iphone and it paid for the new phone and first month of service. 2 weeks later I realized the internet was off. 3 weeks later I realized they had not put credit for iphone on bill. 4 weeks later and bill is a mess and I am wishing I never met T-mobile. Called the store where the manager handled my sale. He won’t call me back. Trying for answer I call customer service. The manager has me on hold waiting for me to hang up. So the call disconnects at 9pm when his call center closed. The following day a rep tells me she can fix the account it was entered wrong she puts me on hold and I end up in buyers remorse phone line. Being told Ive lost my iphone have to return the new phone & owe them a restocking fee. The nightmare won’t end.
