Ever eaten overpriced yet mediocre uninspired surf and turf at a nursing home?
Were they playing kids bop music to really drive it home that you are the 8^th plane of franchise hell?
At least the waiters were unnecessarily sassy.
All of them looked like the same person at different stages of life, and really let you know how miserable they are.
I swear my waiter begged, «get me out of this hell-​hole.»
Or maybe it was the $ 20.00 well margaritas.
I suppose I will never know, as I will never go back.
Unless when I’m 70 it’s suddenly my favorite restaurant like all of the other patrons that dreadful day.

If you’re craving seafood in Chico, this is the spot!
My fiancé and I were out celebrating my birthday last night and decided to have seafood. Upon arriving, we were able to get a table within about 10 minutes. Our server, Gary, came over and got drinks for us right away.
After ordering, our food came pretty quickly. We got the Wood-​Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon and the Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo. Everything was delicious and tasty. Gary was super attentive and friendly. He took great care of us.
The two hostesses at the front desk are sweethearts. They offered to snap a few pictures of us and even let us hold one of the lobsters. That was really cool!
As far as improvements, the overall ambiance of the restaurant could be better. Adding holiday music, jazz music, something like that would be a very nice plus. More holiday decorations and lighting in the entrance would be wonderful. Small candles burning in the bathrooms or at the front desk would be a night touch as well.
A note for upper management: Cut down the menu options. I don’t recall there being so many different choices in the past. It slightly reminds me of an Applebees or Chili’s. In my opinion, Red Lobster is definitely a few notches above those kinds of restaurants. A smaller menu says «We stand behind our classic dishes.»

Great service! We had a large group and they had 2 waitresses helping… shows they really care about customer service.
