Dr. Spanfelner was great. Not super personable but very efficient with the eye exam. Answered all my questions and was very direct. I felt like my eyes were in good hands.
The vision center inside the office, not so great. I ordered my lenses through them for the ease of not having to take my prescription anywhere else. First, I was told 5 – 7 business days for the lenses. I called on day 5 to check on them and they didn’t have the measurements on file so the order hadn’t been started (why didn’t anyone call?). I gave them the measurements and got off the phone. I called back on day 14 to check on the status of my lenses and was informed that the order hadn’t been started until yesterday (day 13) because they were waiting for a signature from the Doctor. Now, they estimate my prescription will be ready early next week (which is now about 20 days into this whole thing).
I will be going back for my eye exam but I won’t be ordering lenses from them again.
