Terrible customer service. Terrible customer satisfaction cares. I will never do business with them ever again, as a company, but particularly the Chico store. Pathetic.

This is the only place I pick up my ray bans. The glasses are expensive but totally worth it! I have had two pairs for over 4 years now and they are still in great shape.
