Chico, CA
Very cute inside! Liz, the owner, is super sweet & gives the best haircuts. And this is the only place I will go to get my eyebrows done. They always come out perfect. Good prices & great service! There is also sunless tanning available here, with quite a few tanning beds. I totally recommend the cabana for any hair or waxing needs!
