Wendy’s

Surprisingly, I’m giving this a fairly decent rating. I’ve tried different American fast food joints like Carl’s Jr., Burger King, McDonalds, and Jack in the Box, and Wendy’s is consistently my favorite if I’m going cheap. Why? Their 4 for $ 4 is the best deal you’re going to get out there compared to competitors, and it’s very filling. You can a Bacon Jr. Cheeseburger, a small fry, a 4-​piece chicken nuggets, and a 21 oz drink or a large Frosty for $ 1-​$ 1.50 more. The burger is value size, but the flavor is there. The bacon is slightly thick (bacon and cheese on a value burger is usually 50+ cents extra, so for $ 1 that’s a great deal!), the nuggets taste like chicken (not mush), you get a big handful of fries, and their soda is fantastic because of their new Coca-​Cola Freestyle machines where you can customize your drink (it’s pure flavor, not syrup sitting in a bag).
It’s fast food, so you can’t expect it to taste like a gourmet meal, but for the price it’s pretty damn good. I’d rather eat there than McDonalds any day, but that’s my preference.

Food was good but the entire time I was in the restaurant there was a large spill near the soda machines. Not sure how long it was there before I got there, but my estimate is that it was there for at least 30 min. I even mentioned to someone behind counter if he was aware of the spill when I picked up my food and he said yes. Not sure why none of the 10+ employees working wouldn’t clean it up. Seems like a major safety violation.

Went a little before 8pm today and I ordered a small fries and small drink to get a FREE CHICKEN SANDWICH (coupon offer) came out that I was charged my small fries drink and sandwich SEPERATLY so I payed more then what a meal costs ($ 7.08) and on top my coupon worked for nothing I was robbed 6.18 and I didn’t even get my fries I payed 7.87 for a chicken sandwich and a small drink, hope to not get diarrhea for eating while mad

The food was made way too quick and after eating more than half of the salad, we noticed a bug! Just bad. I would give a negative star if I could.

The drive thru employees were nice, but the food made us sick. I didn’t feel well again til almost two days later. Not sure what was going on, but four of us all had different meals and we all felt sick. That’s why I don’t go for fast food that often. I won’t risk it again at this place.

Exceptional service every time I come through. The food comes quick, I never have to wait long, and they get everything right the first time! This is the only fast food place I’ll eat at, because their burgers actually look like the picture (most of the time).
Great customer service, great fast food, will recommend.

Fooled me twice. Going to this Wendy’s is like playing Russian Roulette. I’m always attracted by the low prices. So, even after I was up all night sick the first time, I convinced myself to go back. Never again.

You shouldn’t have to beg for ketchup packets when your order fries, but apparently that is their policy.

Salad is very good, just wish for the price the serving size was a little larger!
Both Baconators were good, but on the greasy side.
Kids meal was average.
Tend to feel paying roughly $ 20 for this order was a little pricey, considering we didn’t do Combo’s on the burgers.
This location seems to be a little difficult to get in and out of; Especially at lunch time!

Beautiful remodel, love the fountain machines, nice open feeling, strange clientele, but it’s fast food. Good fries and positive staff members who are also efficient and friendly every time. I haven’t yet tried the drive through and restrooms yet.

This wendy’s is beautiful it’s been completely remodeled. The staff are friendly and competent. I had the apple pecan salad and a baked potato and it was delicious! I will definitely be back! :-)

This review is for the drive-​thru only. I come through after class between 8:30 and 9:30pm. I love their BLT Cobb salad and their frosty. I have always gotten fast friendly service here. It’s the only Wendy’s in town, so check it out when you need a frosty fix!

I love wendys burgers and nuggets. Hands down better than mickey d’s… However when I went drive thru 2 weeks ago i was not happy. the young girl in drive thru was rushing my order and was quite rude. when I got to the window she messed up my drinks and order. I asked for it to be fixed and she gave me the rudest look and smart mouth comment. ugh!

I will start with my only 2 complaints…
Drive through was constructed by a moron and the tables need wiped off more often…
With that said I will end with my love of this place.
Great customer service. They’ve NEVER gtten my order wrong. My food is always HOT and DELICIOUS. The service is FAST. I’m not a fan of wendys new fries but I love the baked potatos. Their value menu is the best in town and the quality of the food makes me forget its fast food. The employees are friendly and always seem happy.

many good college nights were spent here. I love their nuggets yum! $ 1.50 and $ 1 chicken sandwiches i’m a fan, tons of parking and near the movies and trader joes!

This Wendy’s is so good! Foods always fresh and their fries are bomb! Services is quick and they’re always friendly!

This Wendy’s has kind of a weird drive thru but I have always received fast service. Maybe better than the average Wendy’s.

I’ve always been impressed with this Wendy’s. I’ve never waited more than 2 minutes in the drive-​through. In fact it seems faster to go through the drive-​through than to go inside, which is usually the opposite of most fast food restaurants. Most of the employees are attentive and friendly, even professional. One of the managers is amazing. My food is almost always the way I order it, and I get what I ordered. Food is fresh, not stale. Restaurant is very clean and well maintained. Their hours are good and prices are fair.
I know it is just a fast food burger joint, but this Wendy’s really raises the bar for its competitors.
