What can I say? 10 different games all blaring at the top of the volume meter, a wretched bathroom, cleanliness issues, understaffed, and weak food.
* The sound was so loud and swooning that I felt like was getting yelled at from all directions, a sound blur.
The only reason that I giving this place 2 stars is that we were desperate to watch the football game and they provided this service for us. Also, our waitress did a really nice job for the volume of customers that she was dealing with.
The only thing «maximum» about this crazy establishment is the weight of the guy that sat on the toilet and literally broke it off. Hope you don’t have to go #2, no toilet seat to be found.

They have the hours listed wrong. It’s open early on the weekends. They do a military/​veteran discount on Sunday’s. I always love businesses that appreciate the troops.
It’s a great place with good food, friendly staff, and lots of tv’s for watching games. They had a bacon wrapped steak and seafood casserole special all summer that was excellent.
Great food and drink prices. When they have bands they are pretty solid for a good listening experience. My favorite place in Chicopee/​Springfield.

Walked in — used the john and immediately walked out. If you like dive bars, no frills, and old deteriorating bathrooms, this place is for you. The 4 – 5 star reviews must were posted by the owners friends or workers.

I have never stepped foot in this place so this review will focus on their complete lack of response to potential customers over the phone. A few years ago I attended a birthday party and the food was catered by Maximum Capacity. I remember it being good and the host said their prices were reasonable. I have a party coming up so I called to inquire about the options for catering. The first time I called, the person that answered had no idea if they even provided catering or food services. I asked if there was someone there who could answer my questions, they said no, I would have to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day and a different person said that they do indeed offer catering but there was nobody there at the time to give me details. They took my name and number and said they would have someone call me back. Didn’t get a call. I called back again the next day and the person verified that my name and # were written down from the pervious day and that they would personally give the message to the guy who was supposed to be coming in later that night. That was last week, I never got a call. Judging by the way this business is run, I don’t think I want anything to do with this place. I would recommend others steer clear as well. Don’t support a place that is run this way, spend your dollars on another deserving local business.

I can’t speak for the food because we ate before we headed over. My friends band was playing here and we took the drive from NYC to come support them as well as meet up with a few friends while in town.
The bar was pretty packed, the people seemed pretty cool and approachable. The bartenders were down to earth. The drinks were good and cheap but I am used to city prices and I don’t really know what the norm is in this area. The vibe was fun, if you are with a group of friends and like rock music you will have a good time. The crowd there seemed to be really into the music and bordering on the rowdy side.
The sound wasn’t all that and left my ears ringing for a bit but you can’t expect much from a sound system at a dive bar. If you go in expecting a dive bar you won’t be disappointed.

I enjoy coming here. The food is delish. Love the apps. I really love it when bands play. I especially love seeing Soular Bears play there. There is a female singer and she has some serious pipes! It’s nice to see a female fronting a band! Keep it up Maxcap!

Great place to go every night of the week. Food is great and there is always something happening and even on a quiet night, the food is great.
