Ordered carry out from here yesterday since I wanted to try the food here for the first time. I ordered the 10 piece traditional wing 3 mile flavor, fried pickles, tater tots onion rings and a shrimp po boy. It was all fresh and when I arrived but all of the waiters where sitting in the back so I just guessed where I would pick up my order since no one figured to ask me what I was there for. I got the food at the bar and the waitress didn’t bother to confirm or verify all the food was there. She just plopped the two big bags on the bar asked how I was paying so I checked it myself. There was no thank u or any greeting after the payment was received neither. The food was ok minus some of the wings being under cooked. Customer service was horrible and the food was low rate. Won’t be going back anytime soon if ever.

Lots of tvs, good nusic. Staff is really down to earth and cool. Prices a bit high for what you get so thats my only drawback.
They only offer military discount veterans day but say they are a vet friendly place. So heads up on that.

Let me start by saying Shaila was our waitress and was fantastic. She was by far phenomenal. She did not hurry us, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us fresh drinks with to go cups because when we first sat down we mentioned we were on a road trip. The wings were terrific, but to be honest, even if the wings hadn’t been, we would’ve still had a great experience because of Shaila! Let this be a lesson to all restaurants, you’re only as good as the front of your house!

Place is great for watching football somewhat. The reason I say its great, well its because the service is great, food is so so. The biggest problem with the place is, if you’re watching football near a window there is no shades to cut down on the glare coming from the sun.

Very good service– we got a cheerful Shavon and she rocks– the food was excellent, fast as well as the service. Unfortunaly there is only one thing I would not order– the oysters… they were small small and gritty not worth $ 16 a dozen!
I was happy with the cold beers, the TV selection and seating. Great for football Sunday… and BTW the spinach salad is quite good.

This was the second time I have been to this place. The first time I was fairly satisfied with my experience. This time however not so much. Ordered wings, cheese sticks and buffalo shrimp. Also a side of carrots and celery. THE CARROTS WERE ROTTEN! Complained to manager and he brought back another plate of carrots and said they were the freshest he had and they were just as bad as the first ones.

I usually get wings in Tuesday’s here. Went here one Sunday and got a mushroom Swiss burger and is was amazing. Better than five guys and some of the other places. Fresh non frozen beef too. Fried pickles were amazing. My friend’s burger and mine came out how we asked too. Would give 5 stars if prices were a little cheaper. Especially on beers.

I went here and ordered chicken tenders. They came back very very dry and i couldn’t eat them like that. I was seated at a table in a corner and there were very loud guys getting drunk around me and it echoed off the walls and gave me a head ache. Also, the waitress was ignoring our table most of the time, probably trying to get a bigger tip out of the drunk guys. The waitresses there aren’t even hot. I was looking for «hooters». Not flat chests.

If it wasn’t for the T&A, who would come here? The food is mediocre and the service slow. Yes, the girls are mostly hot, and there’s plenty to look at, but it’s a low quality gimmick. Stopping in around lunch time I was surprised to see about five waitresses just hanging around playing with their hair, phones and adjusting their panty hose, while the bartender was running her ass off, as we waited for drinks. We ordered the sampler as our appetizer, which took forever to come out, and then came out with the rest of our food. Boneless chicken wings were overcooked along with the shrimp. Wings were decent, but had more of a thick crispy coating than actual meat. The onion rings were the highlight of the lunch. Kitchen seemed backed up with only like 15 people in the place, while the manager played around with the girls. Overall, the beer is cold, girls are hot, food and service questionable. I’d rather eat a good meal somewhere, and go straight to a real strip club.

While that’s true, if you’re hungry, try the boneless with habanero BBQ, it will change your life. What more can I say? The beer is cold, foods hot, and the servers are friendly. I’ve never had an issue here. So stop in for beer, wings and obviously… the view.

As first time visitor to Hooters, this was a great experience. The Chipotle Honey boneless wings were on point with the curly fries. The blue cheese dressing is great, especially if you like blue cheese flavor. Katie, the waitress, was super nice and served the meals quickly and was attentive of our drinks.
There were several birthdays and the group of waitresses all sang. The best part, this location is across from an amazing donut shop that is open late! Can you say All American?

This is a great sports bar with great food and atmosphere. It is definitely has a loud atmosphere, and it is great! People are excited and talkative.
The wings are some of my favorite, which is crazy to say about a chain restaurant. The wings are breaded, which is somewhat rare to find in the area. They come a little greasy, but the flavors are usually top notch. Cajun has a good kick robot without being overwhelming. Good crunch with the regular wings, and naked wings are available for the health conscious.

Food was good… the service on the other hand was terrible (hence the 2 stars.)
Upon finding out that we were military, our server became very standoffish and rude. What’s worse is that another table bought us a round of beers and she charged us for them… There’s no need for that, no matter what your personal views are.

On all you can eat boneless wings night, the service can be hit or miss… HOWEVER, no matter what, hooters of west springfield is always a fun, lively atmosphere. The wing flavors are very good (especially the grilled fury). I prefer boneless wings over bone-​in, and the breading is quite good. Overall, despite the lags in service… no doubt because they get busy on boneless wing day, I have had a wonderful experience, especially my last visit.

Hooters saved the day!!! After getting shut out of the Backyard Grille, the staff at Hooters accommodated 14 of us on Labor Day. We racked up over a $ 600 tab & it was well worth it! The staff was attentive and the food offerings were solid.

Hooters is a chain with no pretense. As with any chain your experience has the potential to be very different from visit to visit. I recently ate at this location twice within two weeks. Our first waitress was really bad. I hesitate to say she wasn’t bright but her lack of attention to detail in what we ordered and what she delivered (and how she reacted) led me down that path.
The second visit Jamie waited on us and she was phenomenal. She was fun, engaging, quick with refills, didn’t mess up our order, etc.
The food here is very good for what it is. I am left to wonder though, do they serve different wings on «All you can eat» nights? They seemed of lower quality than usual.

Good naked wings. Taylor was a great waitress who never let my beer go dry and checked my table often. Lots of screens for viewing multiple sporting events. Fun Place!

I just like chicken and Guinness. And they got some new fries now, and I like fries. I’ve been coming here for about three years, and I really really really miss all of the girls that used to work here. But, luckily I know where they work now, and go see them when I can. However, I like chicken. And Guinness.
And football.
And I like that they have the lights on.
And I’m a hair guy. Did you know that part of their uniform is that they have to have their hair down? How cool is that? I love that.
I learned how to draw hair just from sitting here eating chicken. And Guinness.
I also learned how to draw hips here, but, well,…
West side, always been where it’s at… And the girls that opened this place for the first 2 to 3 years were a big part of that.
If I were you, I would try the chicken.
And Guinness!

Visited this place on 07÷03÷13 for the very first time. We ordered the fish tacos, the big fish sandwich, and curly fries. The food exceeded our expectations. In fact, we thought the food was excellent. Our server (Tabby) was very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was great but I would not consider this a family restaurant.
