Outstanding selection of fine cigars, Hard liquors and a great exotic beer selection. If he doesn’t have it he will get it for you ASAP.
Owner Frank has crammed a lot of liquid stuff in this little store, so any of us addicts can get your legal fix on at a fair price.

Ok, so let me start by being honest. I know NOTHING about wine and spirits (liquor). I do proclaim to know a LOT about beer. So when stopping into Chino Hills «Fine» Wine & Spirits, I realized I was going to have a problem rating this place.
See, I can’t really tell you if they do, indeed, have what people consider to be FINE Wine & Spirits. I can tell you that they do have A LOT of different types of wines and spirits all over the shelves and in some of the refrigeration units. Just based on the various colors of liquids inside the glass containers and various labels, I can tell you they’ve definitely got variety.
I can also tell you that the employees working here are extremely friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a «hello» upon walking in. After about a minute of my browsing the store, they offered if they could help me find anything, and when I walked out, empty handed, they still thanked me for stopping in and offered me further assistance if I ever stopped in again; something to the effect of «Thanks for coming, please let us know if we can help you find anything specific next time».
As I said, I’m a beer kind of guy. The reason I left empty handed was because I browsed their small craft beer selection, and didn’t find anything I’ve already tried/​anything I liked. They carry some of the bigger craft brew stuff here, but very little of the smaller craft breweries. Not a bad selection by any means, I just drink a little too much to have already tried everything they had in stock.
That beings said, the four star rating goes to the customer service, the perceived good variety/​selection and the company’s name fitting what they provide: FINE WINE & SPIRITS (now if they said… and beer, I’d be dinging them a star or so).

This place is like a liquor store mixed with a convenient store. I stopped in to get a bottle of wine, and also found out they sold medicines, gum, candy, etc. It came in handy when I needed to pick up Tylenol and did not have to stop at a drug store/​pharmacy. Not the biggest selection of liquor, but you can definitely find what you need for a typical weekend.

Friendly staff. I think they just got new ownership. Prices are pretty good and the selection is very good for its size. Clean. Has hookah charcoals and tobacco. A nice little place.

I was in the area and I wanted to walk around and get some wine and decided to walk in this store. It’s a pretty small size place that has a wide selection of hard alcohol, beer, and wine. They also have some non-​alcoholic drinks if you just want some soft drinks.
They have some pretty low priced wines, and the owner was friendly and let us try some before we bought some. He always gave us some suggestions when we weren’t sure which one we wanted to get. I’m not sure if they would carry some REALLY expensive wines but they had a really good Moscato that we ended up getting a couple cases of. They also had this Menage a Trois wine that’s 3 wines in one that was pretty good.
They had better prices than BevMo! I would come back just because of the awesome customer service and the good prices.
