I really love this place. I always get the ziti and it’s delicious. My family and I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. It’s also really great how the food is very affordable.

Sadly, this used to be good. Food quality has gone down. Salad was all iceberg lettuce. Mgr not friendly. Threw our food on the tray. We used to frequent this italian restaurant but now my family doesn’t want to go.

First time here & I have to say not bad! Not bad at all! It’s Italian Fast Food folks so, if you’re looking for a fancy sit down, waited on type of restaurant, this is not for YOU. Besides that, the food is delicious & inexpensive compared to many other so called Italian eateries!!! Chicken Iparmesan & pizza are on the money!

Just had the Primo Italian Sub, super good! The bread was light, toasty AND. A little chewy! Bomb!

Once again, had a great experience at Fazolis! The food is delicious and management has done a fine job training their employees in customer service. Always greeted with a smile, and Allison in particular is one of the friendliest and kind workers I’ve met in the food service industry.

This has to be the last one open. I mean it’s hard to find this place anywhere else. So whenever I’m in town, I always love to try their fresh bread sticks. Fast quality food at its best!

Italian Fast Food was something new to me. The meals here are very inexpensive and the workers are very courteous. The food is better than I expected. Researched the company and found out it’s the only one in CA so that was nice! Also, I went to the restroom and it was the cleanest restroom I have ever walked into. Good job to the team here, I will definitely drive 30 miles to come here again :)

Gary has been taking care of the food for our company parties since we moved to Pomona in 2007. The food is always great and the customer service is always on point. Thank you Gary and Fazoli’s … we’ll be ordering from you again in June 2016 =)

You know how sometimes you hate your job so much that you start to act like a total prick to everyone you encounter? No? Yeah me either but the girl at the register on Saturday evening totally knows what I mean. Despite my better judgement(being as how I don’t typically go to places with less than 4 Unilocal stars) I decided to give it a chance. I approached the counter as i usually do with a smile and a nice demeanor, I feel that people in customer service/service positions usually get the short end of the stick when it comes to dealing with nasty people so i make it a point to be nice. The reason I mention this is because I think it’s important to note that I started the transaction off in a good place. So I begin to place my order and being as how I was new to the place I wasn’t aware of how their package meals work so as I was ordering I corrected myself and was met with the most ridiculous sigh-roll(combination of a loud sigh and an eye-roll). Now I’m not one to keep my mouth shut but i was so taken aback by her horrible attitude that I was sort of left speechless. I stood there in awe of the fact that I didn’t immediately proceed to put her in her place, I paid, and I moved along as I pondered my newly found zen place. I contemplated speaking to a manager if anything to let her know that crap service like that needs to be addressed and adjusted but I quickly realized that the place just wasn’t held to a high standard. As I waited for my order I witnessed another employee text as she handed an order to a customer. Lesson of the day, poor management breeds poor employees. I’m a firm believer that no matter how good the food is, crappy service will keep me from ever dropping by again. Thankfully I wasn’t faced with that conundrum being as how the food isn’t even that great to begin with. Save your time, money, and grief. Go elsewhere.

First time here and it was good, ordered inside for to go; however, I did tell the cashier I wanted to sub spaghetti with penne pasta on the chicken carbonara and they didn’t, I also asked for extra meat sauce on the side and did not get that either, she even repeated it all back to me so I assumed I didn’t have to look in my to go bag to double check, maybe better communication with the cooks.

My family has gone here for years and I’ve had two recent experiences. I have to say that this is a brilliant idea. I love pasta and how great to be able to grab it on the go. They have a great selection of items. The prices are decent. The breadsticks are way better than Olive Garden. I personally like the creamy basil baked penne. But, give this place a try. Fast, tasty, and affordable. Wish there was one near my house!

This is better than Olive Garden and it is MUCH cheaper! And the best thing out of all of that is that they have a drive thru!!! It is a. Perfect Italian dinner choice for on the go! My hubby gets the twice baked lasagna and I get the Italian house salad with red wine vinaigrette and we always get a dozen bread sticks on the side. The breadsticks taste exactly the same(if not better) than Olive Garden! We literally inhale the bread sticks with the meal. It think the ratio is 7(him) to 5(me) bread sticks that we eat! Give this place a try if you haven’t already!

If you love Italian food and indulging in fast food every once in a while then you will love Fazoli’s! The food here is great, especially if you compare it to other fast food drive-thru options in the area. However, I recommend dining in instead of taking to-go so you can take advantage of the free endless bread sticks! I’m not even one to really rave about bread at restaurants(not too fond of Olive Garden’s breadsticks or even Red Lobster’s biscuits) but these are totally worth it! Dip ‘em in olive oil and balsamic vinegar that they keep to the side and you may keep eating until you’re too full to even eat any pasta! As far as entrees go, I really enjoy the chicken parmesan and the pasta with meat sauce. Admittedly the chicken sort of resembles a fried chicken patty more than a piece of real parmesan crusted chicken breast, but it is still dang good! The alfredo sauce is also pretty good here as well. I normally avoid alfredo sauces because of how heavy they are but the one here was actually pretty light. As far as portions go, I would say they are pretty generous. This place gets a 5 from me for friendly service, complimentary bread sticks, and serving food that is of higher quality than the typical fast food locations.

Always clean and staff is great! Customer service is key. It is fast food Italian at its finest. Don’t come with high expectations of your favorite Italian joint in Little Italy or in Rome, it won’t compare. It is a nice little place to have a decent meal at a reasonable price. The kids meals are good for the little ones. The breadsticks are a nice little bonus just don’t get carried away with them. The lasagna and chicken parm are always a safe bet. They are pretty good about cooking their pasta noodles too. I hate when they’re over cooked. Happy eating!

Me and the gf were at bed bath and beyond and we were talking about what to eat so we drive by and we said to each other«Italian food as fast food and drive thru»!? We never heard of that so we park and gave it a try. We didn’t know what to order and the young lady at the register was very polite and suggested a few popular items on the menu. So I went on the healthy side and ordered the chicken mushroom Alfredo bake and the girlfriend ordered the twice baked lasagna. We sat down and another helpful young lady that was cleaning the tables came to check on us. The food came out and it was at a good temperature. It tasted so delicious! We enjoyed our food along with the service. Thanks ladies! We signed up for receiving coupons and will come back to eat there

Fazoli’s offers a good change from your typical drive-thru/fast food establishment. I think this is the only fast food spaghetti(Italian) place(that is not mainly a pizza place) that exists. With so many fast food burger and taco/burrito places in general, I am actually surprised there are not many fast food restaurants with an Italian concept. If there are others, I’ve sure have never seen or heard of them. For what Fazoi’s is the food is decent, but again this is fast food; not fine dining nor even moderate sit in dining(such as Olive Garden, BJ’s, Chili’s, etc.). I typically get Spaghetti and/or the Lasagna. Both come with very tasty bread sticks. In fact, Fazoli’s bread sticks are some of the best I’ve had. When my boy needs a pre game carb load meal the night prior, Fazoli’s is one place I do frequent when I do not feel like making spaghetti at home myself and need an inexpensive fast food option. Pricing is bit higher than your typical fast food place, but overall it’s nice to have this Italian fast food option and portions are hearty where they can be shared.
