Had my haircut yesterday, she was short staffed and was helping three of us all at the same time. It felt like i was just part of a number and she was not engaging really. The haircut was ok, i just wish she helped us one at a time or told us there will be a wait. Wouldn’t be coming back here. And i really don’t know hy she thanked me in Spansh and Chinese when she could have just said a regular English Thank you. Oh and on top of the multi tasking rush service, she was talking to a bunch of boys in their native language which i find rude.

Soo is amazing! She listens to what you want and she definitely has an eye for detail. She’s also super friendly and remembers things about conversations you’ve had months ago with her! If you want someone who does a great job go see Soo.

I love my hairstylist «Soo» so so much! I felt the need to write another review after my last one because I visited her three more times during the period. Every time I am super satisfied with both the service/​result and price. She REALLY CARES about your hair! In fact, she is so talented. She can help you achieve any hair style you want. All you have to do is show her a picture of your DREAM HAIR and she can make it happen!

I decided to try out the is place because of the Unilocal reviews and have been a loyal client ever since. Soo listens to what you want and does a marvelous job in executing and making sure you leave with exactly what you wanted. Not only is she a skilled hairdresser but has the most beautiful, sincere and authentic way of being. She creates a space of comfort and trust where one can relax and enjoy the experience. She took my black hair of Mexican decent to a lovely blonde with a lot of care and time and no breakage. I get compliments everywhere I go and I send them all to Soo!

Soo is amazing. I came in disappointed after going to a different place where they completely messed up my haircut. I showed Soo a picture of what i wanted and she knew exactly what i wanted and needed. She is a hair miracle worker. She left my hair feeling like a million $$. Will definitely be back again.

I have always gone to Korean salons in the L.A. or Rowland area, but never did I think there would be a korean salon in Chino Hills. Ms. Soo was great and listened to every detail I had to say for mine and my sister’s hair cut. She would professionally give her input as well on what kind of cut would look best. I ended up dying my hair in dark burgundy and getting my hair trimmed. I can really say this was the first time I’ve liked everything about my new hairstyle! :)

Soo is fantastic! I love my haircut every time and she’s really affordable for a men’s haircut. I’d end up spending nearly the same for a place like a Sports Clips or other chain. Very friendly, very sweet, and very skilled! What else could you want?

Been coming to Soo for a year now, always a great experience!
Moving to CH almost 2 years ago, worried about a decent hair cut place until I found Soo! She gave me not just the best hair cut, but also the a new hair style that received many compliments from family, friends and colleagues. Since discovering Soo, my wife has also became a regular, very pleased with Soo’s styling.
Her salon is very cozy with complimentary drinks and snacks! It is also very kids friendly with books and puzzles!

Such a great place. Great vibes and best of all, Soo does an astonishing job everytime! I have been coming here for nearly 2 years and I come out feeling like a woman. She never cuts too much or too little-​just right. If you’re open minded and ask for advice, she suggests great cuts according to you. She’s very nice also and is always up for a good talk. Come here if you want a great haircut. You won’t regret it.

My long hair needed some style, I decided to Unilocal best hair salon in my area. This place had very good reviews, so I decided to give it a try, as my hair was in desperate need for a trim and some kind of hairstyle. Long story short, I will be back again and again, and again… lucky for me it’s down the hill from my home. Thank you Soo.

Soo is simply amazing! The moment I walked in, it just felt right. She kindly greeted and seated me at the chair. Asked what I would like to do with my hair, offered suggestions for my specific hair and walked me through the steps of what will be done :) She is very fast but meticulous, she knows exactly what she is doing and doing it with passion. The moment she cut my bangs I knew she is great! Usually it takes 2 – 3 tries for most to cut them the way I like them and she did it the first time!!! That was a nice surprise :) After spending a little less than an hour with Soo, I walked out with a great haircut and confidence that I found my new hairstylist that I can (and will) shout about!!! Big kudos to Soo! You are amazing!

Soo is the best at what she does. I found her through Unilocal and could not be any happier. She was trained in South Korea and considered to be a hair designer. She is very knowledgable about hair types, shapes of faces and definitely know what 1 inch means! I’m a client for life!!! Thank you.

I was visting my fiancé who lives in Chino Hills for school. My hair was so dry and damaged that I couldn’t wait till I got an appointment with my regular stylist. I put my mind to it and I just wanted to get a hair cut ASAP. I called Soo a little before 11am and she gave me a same day appointment at 1pm.
I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered just that. She was gentle with my hair. She didn’t attack it with a hair brush and pull my hair like most stylists. She gave me some advice on my hair as well.
Definitely recommend her!

Soo is a talented and insightful stylist. I came in with pictures of what i wanted. After consulting with Soo however we both agreed that with my asian hair and two cowlicks what i wanted would not suit my face. In other words, she knows textures of different types of hair, how face shapes play a key factor in having a beautiful cut.
I strongly suggest her.

Soo is so friendly and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to hair. I went in just to get a trim, but i ended up leaving with so much tips i can use at home!
I told her what I wanted and she knew right away what to do. As she was working on my hair, she was also telling me what she is doing so I won’t be confounded with her technique.
