Jack in the Box

I ordered 2 burgers a small fri and a medium drink at the drive thru. When we got to the window she was going to hand me a small drink and I asked if it was their medium. She said «no you wanted a medium?» then got the right one. When we got home we realized we only had the one burger not the 2 I asked for. Thankfully she only charged me for the one.

Great speed of service. Friendly employees & the food always tastes fresh. They have free wi-​fi !

I couldn’t believe their WI FI didn’t work. Couldn’t review the place and get the two free tacos.
They brought my eat in order in a bag.
The food was just OK.

This jack n the box is pretty good. They are consistant and on time. The servers are pretty well trained. I love their bugers. I like that they are open late because I know I can go to them when I’m super hungry after being out.

Went to this Jack in the Box for dinner. I was very pleased with the speed of service, courtesy of the employees, and the food itself. The iced tea was very fresh and good too!

Came here with a friend and the service was great! There’s lots of places to sit. I tired one of the new buttery jacks and it was delicious. They made our fries order half regular and the other half curly. Also I think they put more cheese in their tacos which I liked.

Always drive thru late at night but tonight when I got home I opened a burger with a side of pubes. I work as a server in a restaurant and im dumbfounded as to how these incidents happen. Extremely unsanitary conditions. Will not be driving thru or dining here ever again. Probably for the best.

I love the service here! The lady in the evening on 9÷17÷14 @ 11:30pm. Was very welcoming to orders and attentive. I came here after being rudely ignored by carls Jr. down the street. This jack in the box made my exhausting night better.

Horrible service. First, When I got to the window I said «excuse me» to ask a question and the server put her finger up to me as to shush me and she walked away. Second I asked for coke and they gave me root beer didn’t nitric until I got home as it was too late. Third I asked for no mayo on my chicken sandwich and they still put mayo in it. I got corporates number

The food is great, as far as fast food goes but the customer service here is not the best. I guess 3 of 5 isn’t bad.

This is the most couteaus kind group of people. If you drive up with your dog in the car they give you «doggie biscuits» and on Valentines they gave out carnations. I will go out of my way every time to frequent this place. They also keep their garden beautiful and well manicured.

The service here is always amazing!!! I just when through the derive thru and they even gave me a dog treat for my pooch in the back seat! WOW now that is thinking! Props to the manager that had that idea!

Although, both Jack in the Cracks in Chino Hills are great, especially late night at the drive thru, this one is my favorite. The staff is friendlier and the drive thru service seems faster.
BUT stay away on those crowded Shamrock nights. The drive thru line gets ridiculous!

I feel the same way as Susan P does about reviewing a fast food chain, why bother?! But I have to say I come here when I’m too lazy to make breakfast before work which is usually Friday (running on empty by the end of the week). They never mess up my order and the bathrooms are actually clean!

The first-​drive through menu was broken and placed on the ground so it was hard to see. It was hard to understand the people through the drive-​through speakers. Although our order took long, our cashier was very nice and was accommodating when we asked for 3 waters.
The place has free wifi!
There are a lot of bumps around the restaurant so your car will bottom out often if you dont go really slowly.

Like Susan P. said it’s a bit funny reviewing a fast food place and actually giving them a high score but ever since Jack in the Box had it’s renovation (about 4 –5 months ago) things have really changed all for the good.
The food always seems to be hot, put together nicely, and the service is really top notch for a fast food place. Every time we have gone thru the drive-​thru we get our food quickly, and the employee always asks if met their expectations. Great service.
Btw…Jack’s commercials are the best.

OK I feel silly reviewing a Jack in the Box.. . much less giving it 4 stars.. . but.. . THEY HAVE LIVE FLOWERS ON THEIR TABLE!!! so I mean if you are allergic to mums, that’s a place you want to avoid.. .
But I think that little small detail within the store shows you how much they care to be more than just that dumpy fast food place people go to for deals, scarf down cheap food and leave. (ergo the extra star for being a wonderful Jack in the Box)
Also if you need some place to quietly sit for a while without feeling the evil glare of workers, their dining room is sort of.. . on the side? of the ordering area so you can occupy the area without having the workers starring at you for hours from the opposite side of the room. Not that I can imagine anyone here being anything but nice.. .

since you don’t have too many choices on sunday night at 10p … i chose jack in the box because i know it’s open, it’s close and it’s fast which was perfect for me because i was starving …
have you ever sat in the drive thru thinking how the heck the make the food so fast? that’s what i was thinking as i sat there with my stomach growling, but when you’re hungry you don’t really want to know how they make it so fast.
try the chicken fajita pita, it’s good … i like the tacos too, but not tonight because i was thinking «what kinda meat do they use for the tacos?» just eat … don’t think … =P
