Standouts: Excellent service, food promptly served
With large fast-​food chains such as In-​N-​Out, you typically know the taste and quality of the food are consistent. However, the service varies with location and I’m pleased to say that (~930pm) Jonathan’s service was outstanding. Despite the busy rush that I had walked into, Jonathan kept calm and enthusiastic in his greeting and made sure my food order was crystal clear. He always kept a smile and was patient as I took some time to think of what to get.
Good food, but the service wins the 5star.

Ok, so obvi the wait was long in the drive thru on a Saturday evening but that’s expected. I wanted a hamburger with no onion and animal style fries with no onion. I didn’t even get asked if I wanted ketchup or chilis. I get home so excited and find onions in my food. yeah I can just take it out but wtf hello ! I said no onions !

The interior sanitary condition of this In-​N-​Out location is rather poor. The floor of its dining space doesn’t seem properly cleaned. It looks dirty and sticky. Some of the tables there feel sticky, and its bathroom floor is also very sticky. It seems that proper cleaning detergent needs to be used rather than water alone.

The only reason why i gave this place 3 stars is because i went alone once and this crackhead cholo dude comes up to me and mind you he was with a family of 4. And that family were lowlifes too. And asks me «whats am i laughing at» maybe i was looking at my phone and saw me laughing. He clearly was trying to start some random shit. So i reported him to the manager and the security. Somehow these lowlifes like to eat at that in n out. They should have one in the prisons. And that dirtbag cholo should be sent there because he was a brainless shithead.

Best customer service I’ve had at any in n out in California, and it definitely deserves a 5 star Unilocal review. The dinning room is always clean and well maintained along with a worker who is always walking around taking people’s trash and clearing off tables ready to attend to any customers needs. The food is always as great as the smiles and the prices are not bad at all. My fires were a bit cold so I asked Angelica if I can get a new fry and with no hesitation she brought me out a fresh new portion which made my experience even better and memorable. This is the Best place to eat if you’re visiting California (this location in particular)

I want to say that the team at this location is incredible! I came the day before my Winterguard team had a competition at a nearby High School to pre-​order lunch for my girls. I asked for the manager he came out & greeted me by shaking my hand (very professional) and was great in assisting me to place our pre-​order! Our pick up time was 11:45am. The order was ready & on top of everything I ordered about 18 milk shakes when I arrived and his team of employees got them out fast! The manager David was awesome! Also, Natalia took our order & was great! The super fast girl that got all of our 18 milk shakes was Aunisha!!! Go store #167

The most inconvenient drive thru ever. This parking lot is always busy and makes it very difficult for me to drive into get my Innout.

Although very busy, they did not take long at all to get my food out. I absolutely love n n out, so this review is from years of satisfaction. I can’t recall ever being unhappy with my experience.
Ok so the food!
I got a double double animal style, which was perfect. I love how cheesy, meaty and saucy it is. Mmmmmmmmmmm num num. I also got the animal style fries which are their fries with cheese, spread and grilled onion! So good! I will always recommend going to N N Out!

This location Is always packed, but I mean what In N Out isn’t right? I like how they have a standard to keep the entire restaurant just simple and clean, even the restrooms. We’ve all been to places that has had the restrooms torn up, paper towel on the floor, seat covers and tissue empty, but every visit here has always been good; from the service down to the cleanliness.
In N Out is just simply really good burgers. It makes it even better because you can customize your meal as well. The combos are cheaper that the other local fast food joints too, so there’s a plus plus already. I’ll usually go for the cheeseburger combo animal style or protein animal style, where they replace the bun with lettuce, if I’m feeling a bit guilty. I also ask them to have my burger cooked medium rare and add chopped chilies. The chilies just gives it that kick that I like. My fries for me are medium well. Not too soft, but not burned either. Just that perfect crunch when I eat a couple at a time. There’s many ‘secret menu items’ that you can choose from, you just have to search for them on the internet. So don’t be scared to try them out… Just be scared if you don’t finish your food because then all the goodness will go to waste.
Since I frequent this place often because my mom loves coming here for her late night eats, I like to get a gift card and load it with $ 20 or so, and I’ll limit that amount for a certain period of time; couple weeks to a month. That way I won’t over do my self, or I may just be here every other day if not every day. Darn good food!

Everyone has been here and if you haven’t it’s a must. Always getting the Double Double combo with grilled onions and a pink lemonade. Sometimes protein style which is replacing the bun with lettuce. Little bit of pepper and the fries and making my mouth watering right now.

It’s an In-​N-​Out. I’m not sure what constructive review I can write, given most In-​N-​Outs are pretty similar as far as restaurant and identical for food. This one wasn’t too crowded, although my sister and I still opted to sit outside to eat to get some sun. Otherwise, it’s pretty spot on with all the In-​N-​Outs I’ve been to in my lifetime.

It was pouring rain & we wanted to stop & grab food quick. I passed up an In & Out in Anaheim where we started. We saw some stores & figured we’d find someplace. Yep-​Another In & Out! It’s not them-I’m just not a burger fan. In & Out is a good place for a burger & fries. It’s probably the best for fast food. I just wish they would expand to chicken-​fish-​salad-​ANYTHING besides a burger.
There was a really long line for drive thru so we went in, ordered & got food pretty quick for his busy they were. Cashier was being trained but was friendly & good. I guess if I want a burger, In & Out is where to go-​but probably won’t for a long time.

How can you not give in n out 5 stars! The only gripe I have with this place is the location and that its always busy. But overall standard in n out awesome quality.

Ventured to this location to fuel up after a long and busy day at the LA County Fair.
If you want your food quicker, park and go inside and order. Drive thru was around the corner through a parking lot.
Staff was great and fast with their ordering and preparing orders. Drinks bar was clean and organized. They made my order just as I wanted; some places will mess up how I specify my orders.

Nom nom nom. In-​N-​Out burger is the only burger that I will eat! I am NOT a burger person but something about animal style burger and animal style fries bring out my inner beast. I love the peppers that you can get with the burger on the side but I just realize I didn’t even eat one because I was too busy grubbing.
Lunch gets ridiculously busy so go at an off peak time. It is still busy but not as bad. The drive through takes forever, so just walk in and order. It’s faster and you can burn the calories you are going to re-​gain eating your meal anyways! The staff was very friendly and very apologetic when they charged me for a wrong order at the drive through (I know I schooled you on walking in and ordering…).
4 stars for always reminding me what God gave me.

One of two in n outs near work, and this is definitely the busier one. Prob one of the faster drive throughs of all the in n outs ICD been to though. So you can get «in n out» pretty quick, pun intended =p. Not too much sitting space inside but there are plenty of outdoor seats and tables, so again, if you wanna get a good seat, come early.
Your usual in n out food, fresh and delicious. Don’t forget that you can get your burgers with cut chilli’s in it; I was unaware of that option for a very long time, hehehe.
Parking is typically not too bad; the lot is shared with the shopping areas near by as well as other restaurants but right around 12 15 is usually when it gets crazy, so eaters be ware.

What can I say about In-​N-​Out that hasn’t already been said? In-​N-​Out is a California institution. Living in Tenn now, I relish every chance I get to come home to Calif and have my fix. It’s not often enough.
The best part is that first bite… the cheesy goodness, the sauce running down your hand, the grilled onions. Oh my… food porn at it’s best. Then you save your cheesy paper for your last bit of goodness, scraping off the bits and having that final taste.
If you’re ever in an area where there is an In-​N-​Out, do yourself a favor, and go.
