Lettuce Toss It

I had Lettuce Toss It for the first time with co-​workers earlier this week and we are still talking about our amazing experience.
All of our orders were perfect and absolutely delicious. Tammy came by a couple of times to check on us and all of the staff were very attentive to our party.
I can assure you that it’s one of my new ‘go-​to’ places for lunch or dinner. I

Good food. Great portion sizes. Service is never consistent. They are either really nice and helpful or rude. Makes me reconsider ever eating there again which is a shame because I do love their food.

Fantastic food and service every time I go. I have been here once when the wait was about 30 minutes but the food was still worth the wait and they were so kind about it. My girlfriend and I always get our salads split because they are good sized portions. We really like the sizzling stripper with the chicken or ground beef. And the pita bread that comes with the salad is fantastic! We still really want to try the spuds and wraps. I’m sure they are great too. Great place for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

What can I say… WOW! Decided to try this place after seeing It on Groupon. Upon entering, this restaurant is rather large and comfortable. Plenty of seating and elbow room. It’s extremely clean. You could eat off the floor. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I got the steak wrap in a wheat tortilla, chipotle style. Extremely flavorful with a crunch and a kick to it. Got the chili for a side. Fresh and homemade. It too has a kick to it. Overall, very pleased with my meal. Great find in Chino Hills. Will be returning with my family.

This place is a little pricey but honestly they have the best customer service!!!
I had a surf n turf salad with steak and shrimp and my cousin ordered a chicken wrap and it was $ 30 needless to say I had a groupon!

I just found a new spot to get some awesome salads light healthy style food, the owner of super sweet staff is really nice and helpful in recommending new options to try would definitely come back and recommend this to all my followers

The salads here are soo good and depending what you put in it very healthy. The loaded baked potato is huge and delicious! The workers here are all very helpful and nice. I like this place and definitely will return

Enjoyed my salad. However I felt it had too much dressing and a bit salty. The pita bread was a little salty but still good. Will come back to try other salads. The service was hands down fabulous!

Groupon brought us in and taste, quality, & service brought us back. Also this isn’t a hipster place (I didn’t know liking salads and sandwiches made you a hipster). Great specials and kids eat free on Wednesday from 5−9pm with paid adult purchase! Our go to spot when we don’t want to cook but still eat somewhat healthy! Give it a try, you won’t regret it! Not a Hipster

This would my 3^rd time coming here and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Everytime I come in the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I’ve tried the ceasar salad with chicken, they serve it with the most delicious pita bread! This particular time I tried the loaded stuffed potato, and man, am I a sucker for twice baked potatoes! Their water is even soaked with cucumber which is a nice touch. The owner runs the place with her daughter apparently and is always such a friendly face everytime we come in. Most of their salads have great ingredients in which you can choose either chicken, steak, or shrimp as a protein. They’re pretty generous with their portions too. Highly recommended for anyone in the area, or traveling by :)

A little hipster place for fresh salads and food.
My daughter has become a fan of this place and as long as she is eating healthy, I will continue coming here. You get a menu and basically fix your salads the way you like them by selecting several options. Pretty straight forward.
The baked potatoes are huge and can easily be shared. I really don’t have any complaints about that. Its fresh and healthy. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the price is a little high. We usually end up spending just under $ 25 for 2 meals. which, lets face it, its fresh but its still just lettuce. The other issue is it is a hit and miss with the cashiers. some are super friendly while others shouldn’t work with customers. Exasperate and roll eyes when you change your mind or ask too many questions.

Went to the grand opening for Empower PT and Wellness and they were offering samples of their salads. It was so good I had to come to the actual restaurant to try more! So I did right after the event (=
FOOD
Chipotle Shrimp Wrap (5 stars): So good! The shrimp were cooked perfectly too! So much flavor in this wrap even without the chipotle sauce inside. I got the chipotle on the side to be a bit heather and I still loved it.
Spicy Heater Peter Griller (3.5 stars): Pretty good sandwich. Meat was good and tastes fresh but pretty standard sandwich.
ATMOSPHERE
This place is a lot bigger inside than I expected! Plenty of tables and very spacious and clean.

In a plaza so there’s easy parking.
I can’t wait to come back and try their salads! Wish there was a healthy place like this closer to me!

We had a great time. THe staff was totally okay with substituting options on my salad. I ordered the ‘Health nut’ because it came with nuts– well, seeds, actually. Sunflower seeds. It sounded like a burger from Bob’s Burgers, so I was sold. I substituted sun dried tomatoes for cheese, and olives for egg, and chose the house-​made Greek dressing. It was so good! Delicious! I’m so pleased with my meal, I’ll definitely be back. We also ordered a sizzling chicken salad (or something like that), which was also very good.
We are very happy with our choice, and our experience, the only two suggestions I have are;
1. There should be completely vegan, bomb salad choices on the menu, I shouldn’t have to make substitutions to create a vegan salad — I mean, it’s a salad restaurant! Salads are what most non-​vegans think vegans eat 100% of the time! Lol.
2. The dressing should come in stainless steel or washable plastic cups, not single-​use plastic containers.

I am in love with this place!
I’ve been sick not being able to eat heavy foods, so when my friends asked what I wanted to eat and I immediately said a SALAD!
We went on our Unilocal and discovered LETTUCE TOSS IT!
They have the best selection of Deliciously tasting and decorated salads, wraps, combos, and much more! I had to ask the owner Tammy for her top picks of recommended salads. She suggested the Sizzling Stripper as a best seller and one of her personal favorites, The Apple Nut Cruncher. I opted for my favorite Caesar Pleaser Salad and Chili Con Carne. I couldn’t stop telling my friends how in love I was with this place and how pleased I was with the welcoming service. This is now going to be my go to spot for my healthy food cravings!

Huge portions! I know it’s lettuce so how expensive can it be! But I’ve never gotten full on salad before! I had the chicken Caesar salad sans croutons and asked for extra a protein instead.

My work comrades had half sandwich half salad combo special. When their salads arrived they thought they were big (and they were)
But when my full salad came… Woo man! Ginormous!

I was absolutely completely satisfied with my salad. I noticed a bunch of my Unilocal peeps have been here and I needed to give it a try. Conveniently located next to kindercare if you’re picking up your little ones. I never took advantage of it when my kids were going there.
Received a flyer in the mail with a bunch of coupons, that had the menu, and advertised kids eat free on Wednesday-​Friday from 5pm-​9pm with purchase of a salad (1 kids meal/​salad). Kids meals have different options for $ 5, my kids opted for quesadillas, sides are salad, fruit cup, goldfish, comes with apple juice or water and a fresh cookie (chocolate chip is where it’s at, so soft and full of morsels).
Wife loved her apple cruncher salad with chicken and I had the Greek salad with chicken. Both were $ 11.50. Wife ordered cup of chile can carne (chili beans) $ 4. It was more like a bowl. The chili beans had big chunks of meat. I had a few bites and thought it had a little spiciness to it which I prefer. They offer soft serve drinks for $ 1.95 available in one size only.
The meal total would have been $ 43, but the kids meals were free and I used the coupon for $ 4 off of $ 25 or more so total came out to $ 28. Not a bad deal.
I could have split my salad instead I ate it all up (inhaled it). I felt a little guilty but I thought to myself, it’s a salad it will be okay. It could be a bit pricey for the salads but I think the quality is worth it. If you feel like eating healthy then stop by. You can also order loaded potatoes and sandwiches/​grillers as well with cookies if you need something more substantial. They also offer steak or shrimp for the salads at an additional cost.
I think I found a new fav spot. Plenty of healthy options to choose from. Happy eating!

I love how this place offers a healthier alternative to go when you’re hungry! First off… their portions are HUGE! (It better be though for the price of about $ 13 a salad). But honestly, they give you six toppings, a meat of your choice, and unlimited dressing so even though they’re a bit pricey, I would still come back for more. And you can always split it with someone else because it is definitely big enough for two people.
They have so many topping choices it was hard for me to settle on just six! I ended up getting seven because you know I had to add that avocado to my salad for an extra $ 1.25. I like how you’re able to mix the greens up and get half romaine and half spinach, or whatever combination you want. And the side of pita bread that comes with it is soooo good!!! Very salty, which I LOVE! That’s probably not as healthy but hey, the salad balances it out, right?
The service here is definitely five star quality as well! The girl at the register was very friendly and patient when I was trying to figure out what to order.
The set up of the restaurant was nice and clean. It’s obviously not the biggest restaurant but it was a decent size. The parking spots right in front of the place are designated as 30 minutes only so if you plan on staying a bit longer you have to park on the sides.
Overall, I’m really happy I found a healthy place I can go to now so I don’t have to feel guilty all the time from eating all those burgers and desserts! My stomach thanks you Lettuce Toss It!

Having had a heavy lunch even my husband agreed salad is a perfect dinner option and I remembered Lettuce Toss it close to home, done.
Service was fantasic, the menu extensive, not just salads if you are not into veggies.
We both had the create your own with 6 topping included for $ 8.50 a great deal as it was a huge portion.
I added tuna for $ 1.50 best value ever, tons of fish and it was very tasty, enjoyed every bite.
My husband added steak and pesto chicken, while he loved his salad, he said the meats were both very salty and would skip those next time.
Small, but charming location, perfect for a hot day, they also sell salads to go in mason jars, very cute and perfect for a work lunch, I will be back!
