It’s a cute place. The food is good is too. Fried chicken? Great. Hamburgers? Good for a snack, not a meal. Ube Boba is the best. This place deserves the praise it gets.

Cannot believe people could entertain eating this food. Probably THE most tasteless fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. I’m not a fan of Colonel Sanders but at least you can taste it. Someone in the kitchen needs to come up with herbs and spices in the coating to make it worth eating

The interior is nice here, but the seating inside is severely limited. However, there are lots of seating outside, Jollibee. My order was completely messed up. I approached the cashier & told her that the food I received wasn’t what I ordered. She told me she would get it changed. After about 5 minutes she came back to tell me that I needed to pay more money for the«correct» food. She had to refund my original order to my credit card & then have me re-order & pay again. All in all, it took about 25 minutes to get everything sorted out before I could start eating. I love the palabok & chicken joy here. It’s usually what I always order.

Inexpensive and quick eats if that’s what you’re looking for. Kids needed food and they were getting grumpy which then makes me grumpy and so on. Kids like the spaghetti meal served plain. I just eat the fried chicken and nothing else. Their fried chicken is cooked through and has a great taste. Personally, it’s better than the colonel’s. You can feed a family of four quick and inexpensive, $ 23. Place is clean and service is good. The best thing to get is the beef or chicken empanada from the bakery side. So good and bad for you at same time. This has only been my third visit so I don’t know much about the rest of the menu items but I would never get a burger here. Happy eating!

I thought all fried chicken are the same until I came to Jollibee. I thought it was weird that this place also sells spaghetti, hamburgers and spam and rice? Then I learned it was a Filipino business. I love Jollibee’s fried chicken over the American KFC or Popeye’s because it does not taste as salty to me. I usually get the 3 piece chicken with rice and butter corn. Sometimes I get it with the spaghetti. I got their garlic fries before and I do no recommend it, because they put too much garlic power or maybe its not shaken well enough. Their service is pretty quick. You order and they give you this beeper. It beeps when your order is ready.

This place sucks! The person who takes your order is very cold towards you with the responses. The people working behind the counter are always playing around. I ordered the chicken joy half spicy half original and got all original:(also if you go there an hour before closing they never seem to have any chicken left and you have to wait 45 mins for them to fry more?

So they have these hot dogs, $ 1.99. Ok so they give me the dog, some yellow sauce(not Mustard), ketchup and that’s it. They didn’t ask me how I wanted it. Do you have Mustard? No, Relish? No. I am not a Ketchup on my hot dog kind of guy. And weird yellow mayo type sauce, No thanks. Dog wasn’t to bad itself, but come on. Yuk. I may try something else some time but I am very skeptical.

First time at Jollibee and quite pleased with my visit. We ordered the Ultimate Burger Steak and the Spaghetti with Chicken. The Burger Steak was the prized winner of the meal. It was flavorful and juicy. Not quite steak, and not quite burger, more like a meatloaf but more meatier. The fries were good but it’s better when you mix the sweet spaghetti with the burger steak. I’m not a fan of fried chicken but I was impressed with the batter/coating of the chicken. Be careful it’s cooked in some piping hot oil. The chicken bone held a lot of the heat. But chicken pieces were small with little meat on them. We finished our Jollibee trip with a halo halo. I usually stay away from these dessert drinks with multiple layers and textures but I was game to try it. The colors of the ice cream scoops on top added to the mixture of flavors and textures. I don’t quite know what they were but I do know there’s quite a bit of beans in the drink too. But it was delightful and quite refreshing. It is quite sweet and you’ll be licking your sugary lips for a while even after you leave.

I’ve loved all the Jollibees I’ve ever been to in my whole 24 years of living. No other place can satisfy my fried chicken cravings. For people leaving 1 – 2 star reviews based on the burgers, YOUAREORDERINGTHEWRONGTHING. Even Filipinos know that you don’t go to Jollibee for the burgers! YOUGOFORTHECHICKEN. Don’t give this place such a low rating if you have not tried the chicken. CHICKEN, CHICKEN, CHICKEN. Need I say more? $ 4 — $ 5 for a combo meal? Worth it. Jollibee, you will always have my business.

Came for Halo Halo. A traditional crushed ice slushy, Filipino style, with added sweetened beans, jackfruit, young coconut, Asian style jelly, flan. Then they add some form of cream. Theirs had cream and two mini scoops of Filipino ice cream(purple ube and a yellowish mango, neither of which had much flavor). But my advice to you… just walk away if you are tempted. This one was barely average. Keep looking. And from their bakery department we got a slice of the Red Ribbon Mango Cake. It was equally disappointing. Dry, and with very little if any mango. A total disappointment. And it was hot inside.

Review is based solely on the food I got… Came here for a quick lunch on a Saturday. Walked out disappointed. I got a Yum Burger which wasn’t so «yum». I’ll stick to McDonald’s for a quick fast food burger. Employees were welcoming, place was clean; they deserve at least 2 stars for that.

I have to admit, I kind of love Jollibee. For some reason most of the Filipino people that I know in my life tend to avoid eating here at all costs. I am just glad there is a place nearby where I can get my Filipino fast food fix without having to drive to West Covina. If I come before 11AM, I normally order the tocino breakfast which comes with egg and garlic rice. If I come for lunch, I get the fried chicken with a side of mashed potatoes. I do have to mention that I notice that I’m normally the only non-Filipino in the restaurant whenever I go. The food here is not necessarily something I can just get at home. Maybe that’s why I enjoy the breakfast here so much.

It is in my blood to love this place. Trying to not be biased about this place would be difficult, but I think I’m more obsessed with this place that people can understand because I go here almost 2 – 3 times a month do to chicken joy withdrawals. The service here can be on and off, but I can’t drop points for that because they seem to hire a unique type of employee to bring the authenticity of a cultured and heavily filipino fast food restaurant. Jollibee has the knack to employ teenagers to adults that seem to have been brought here from the Philippines(recently) to get employed. The reason I know this because I would born here as a Filipino American and I know what Filipino«fresh off the boat» looks and acts like. They all have a different set of colloquial and more straight set of speech. There’s no slang in their tongue and not to mention the hard filipino accent. This is the great cultured service they bring at every Jollibee. I can only assume that the service is difficult is when they don’t understand what you want. Now for the quality of food. Their Chicken Joy is the BNB(bread and butter). You don’t order this, you’re not getting the right thing, unless its breakfast and you want cornbeef ro tagpsilog, which you seldom do because you want chicken. Their chicken is always has a crispy layer of skin and a juicy inside. This can give KFC a run for its money. I definitely recommend you getting this. For the other options, I sometimes get Spaghetti and or(Fiesta)Palabok, because it taste just like the nostalgic piece of home cooking. There’s nothing else too it. If you’re Filipino, you’ve probably gone here already. If you’re not, definitely try it!

What a rip-off. I ordered the spaghetti with fried chicken combo for about $ 5-$ 6. Yes that is cheap. I don’t know what I was expecting. but certainly.at least a filling meal since it IS fast food. I got this huge box but when I opened it. it was half filled with air. –_– they put a smaller box inside the gigantic box that held the spaghetti. The fried chicken leg was so small. definitely wasn’t a chicken injected with hormones or steroids. Really disappointing. What was this?! A meal for ants?! It really did need to be at least 3x as much. The spaghetti was ok. nothing to write home about. The fried chicken was juicy, albeit kinda small. Burn me once jollibee. shame on you!

This review is for red ribbon bakeshop. I haven’t eaten at their restaurant side yet. But went in for their cake and bread the other time. It was my cousins birthday and she originally wanted to get their ube cake in bigger size but they didnt have any ube in big sizes so we ended up grabbing mango cake. Considering the size of the cake the price seemed decent. Anytime you spend over $ 15 they’ll give you a stamp that can go towards 6 free butter mamon. The line wasn’t busy and place was clean. Recently fell in love with thieir butter mamon and i try not to eat much but seems like i am eating one of those daily. Its nice and buttery and very moist too. Parking can be a hassle since they dont have direct parking right in front of the place but you can park on the right side of the bakery and walk in.

Honest people. I was exhausted and forgot my phone. Didn’t forget my pineapple juice though lol which I come here for. Honestly wasn’t sure if I misplaced it in the car but I walked back here to ask to use the phone because I lost my phone and wanted to call whoever found it. Whoever found it, I owe you my life. No joke. I was getting a panic attack in my car trying to find it. No luck. I asked a lady to use her phone, but she had a toddler so :/then I seen two people sitting in a car and they were nice enough to help me, a mother and a daughter. The daughter walked to my car to call it, no luck. :(Decided to just walk back to Jollibee to ask to borrow their phone to find my phone and the manager says she had it. Woohoooooo!!! So yeah five stars for that because honest people is really hard to come by these days. Pineapple juice also gets five stars and yes you can include it with your meals! But it’s behind the counter so I didn’t think I could get it with my meal. My auntie always told me it doesn’t hurt to ask so I asked. The sodas are self-serve. The ultimate hamburger steak combo with egg, rice, and fries is an awesome deal. This is NOT a five star dining restaurant but for fastfood that has rice, five stars in my book!!! Oh and their halo halo isn’t the best but again, this is fastfood and worth it on a hot day. Although, Frostbites is next door too. Thank you Jollibee for the refreshing pineapple juice. Perfect on a hot day in Chino. Most of all, thank you for finding my phone!!! :) ~*kenzie*~

I stopped in with my cousin. My goal was to get a Halo Halo on that particularly warm day. My cousin was on his lunch break and ordered Chicken, Gravy and White rice. He does not usually eat ‘Asian’ food. I know he will be back to try more chicken,(he loved it) and some of their spaghetti. They have some great meal options for the evening if you are not in to counting calories. The staff was jovial and the inside looked brand new. My Halo Halo was on par with the last one I had. Two ice creams and a flan that are nestled on top of shaved ice with flavor that sits on top of desert jello, beans and peas. It hit the spot that day. I suggest you go in and try one if you have not already had the pleasure. I believe their is coconut at the bottom, so if you have a food allergy, be aware and ask.
