Found pieces of meat in my tofu plate. The didn’t apologize, and didn’t seem to care. If you’re a vegetarian and this happens to you, you’ll never go back again.

I always stop by this Flame Broiler whenever I’m in Chino. Good deal for a healthy option considering all the other fast food joints around this area. This particular one always has the basketball games playing so I get to stick around and watch the NBA playoffs. They should start selling beer so I wouldn’t have to leave! I also got hooked up with a free tofu bowl the last time I was here!

We love The Flame Broiler but we will never return to this location. The food was horrible. It seemed like they never cleaned the grill so all the burned pieces were in our bowls and the whole food tasted like charcoal! Black pieces everywhere! I wanted to return the food but then decided not to. The two Mexican women that were working there would probably spit in my food because they kept staring at us and kept talking about me. I am white but my fiancé is Mexican so he understood everything and said they kept talking about the white girl and I was the only white person at the store!

Hungry after shopping in the area? Want to look for something healthy? Flame Broiler it is! Customer Service was awesome, despite the line during rush hour. This location is very clean and spacious compared to other locations. I love how they serve vitamin water here too! Chicken here isn’t dry, and not fatty. Healthy and affordable? YESPLZ. Beef Short Ribs = DELICIOUS. I would say it’s as comparable to a korean restaurant for sure. Quality tastes AMAZING. Don’t forget the magic sauce as well. ;) I’d definitely come back, especially after my long hours of shopping!

My husband had horrible stomach issues after eating there last night. We won’t be back. He ate the beef bowl FYI.

I’ll let my picture speak for itself but seriously the employees here are nice and my food is so yummy. Beef doesn’t taste cheap and chewy chicken is not filled with fat. Sauces are all filled and the place is clean and doesn’t smell funny.

Love flame broiler. eat it several times a week. My problem with this location is the fact I wasn’t told there would be an extra charge for doing half veggies/half rice mix on a mini chicken bowl. I have gone to several other locations and had never been charged 50 cents more per bowl. It’s the simple 4.80 price today it had been 5.30 for a mini chicken half rice/have veggie bowl. Doesn’t make sense why they do that…

Price is great, but the serving size has dropped greatly. Very disappointed! According to the staff, they are using bigger bowl and serving size remains. Bowl was ¾ full with less rice, less meat but more cabbages. May be it is a cabbage chicken salad bowl. Come on, it can be a little difficult to fool someone who dine at Flame Broiler often.

Stopped here after an appointment for something quick. This Flame Broiler has beyond excellent customer service. Extremely clean and the gentleman at the front walked out every order to the customers. Great place.

One of the reasons why I first started going to Flame Broiler was because they were super friendly and I always felt welcomed there. This Flame Broiler has room for improvement in its customer service. Came here for lunch with my coworker and since we first stepped foot in this establishment to when we left(roughly 30 minutes), the guy who took our order was on his phone with the same person. Serving customers? Ain’t nobody got time for that, here! I was shocked at how he continued to talk on the phone and treat incoming customers as an inconvenience to his lengthy conversation. It looked like a personal call, and if that was the case, he should have gone on break. If they were understaffed, then that issue needs to be addressed. It just seemed really rude and unprofessional. Onto the food: Some pieces of chicken were incredibly rubbery but besides that the food was okay. In conclusion, if I’m going to go to Flame Broiler, I will be avoiding this particular location.

I work around here and this is the only place I eat at. This flame broiler is better than all the other flame broilers I’ve been to and the staff is super friendly. And by super friendly, I mean this is the best service I’ve had at one of these establishments. The cashiers made it a point to know my name and remember my order. I dig that. You also get a bowl stuffed to the brim. Well worth the money you spend.

Good stuff. Enjoy getting the chicken plate with veggies instead of the salad. Also the new hot hot sauce is amazing and I wish I could bottle that up and feed it thru an IV tube.

Clean and fast. Their bowls are really fresh and healthy. I love to get their brown rice option. Parking is usually not an issue unless you are here during lunch time. I also enjoy that you can sit inside and outside:)

Seems like this place is cutting back lol– skimpy on the meat and way more rice to fill the bowel. Maybe it’s the location.

Compared to Waba Grill and Yoshinoya, it stacks up well. Meat portions are over flowing, tasty, and fulfilling. This asian fast-food chain is plenty satisfying. Moreover it had«the game» on, thumbs up in my book. But as always, let me know what you think.

One major reason for 5 stars: 1 They don’t burn the underside of the meat. Other FB places do. 2 They have a distinct taste in the meat that signifies the Korean taste. 3 For the small bowl offered, they do fill it up completely and make it an ample $ spent for the food. Enough said.

Waba who? Waba what?.. All y’all that jumped on the Waba Grill bandwagon es loco mang. Just cos it’s newer don’t mean jack squat to me. I’ve been to WG and I wasn’t all that impressed, matter of fact, there wasn’t that much of a difference in the food from Flame Broiler IMO, except there was more of a wait and it was more expensive, so much for the hype. Buhhh, I’m not a health nut, I don’t care that WG food has a couple less calories and lower grams of fat content or whatevs. I’m not looking for brown rice and the skins peeled off my chicken or any of that other extras that people expect nowadays. I’m just looking for the best teriyaki chicken bowl for the best value dammmit. and it has to be better than Yoshinoya at least so that’s not much of a standard lols. Flame Boiler came through to quench my munchies with a special for a $ 5 Chicken Bowl. white rice and green onions included. I was so hungry I killed it in 5 minutes, it was really delicious and satisfied my appetite, I added magic and hot sauce to really bring out the flavors. Thanks Flame Boiler! Be back when I’m feenin for a teriyaki chicken bowl for 5 bucks. Good deal, and thats what I was looking for.

Wow this place is amazing! Fast food gone right is what I would call this place! I got the chicken with veggie bowl that is only 510 calories! It took only 3 minutes for my food to be ready. The chicken was tender and juicy. Veggies were flavorful and crisp. To finish it off, their saves are bomb!!! They are located next to jersey mike and tamarind. There are a lot of outside patio seating not to mention their huge interior seating. Fast health food and great service! I’ll be coming here all more from now on!

Since I shop nearby and I usually get the chicken bowl plus no charge for brown rice($ 5.44). People are nice, plenty of seating, the floors can be a bit sticky though. I always have coupons from the Entertainment books they send in the mail in which you can buy two drink and a bowl and get another bowl free.
