Great healthy food! I order the Salmon it was delish my daughter had steak with veggies and brown rice, the person that took my order was very friendly Dennise is her name very attentive. Also the girl in the back named Vicki i think. Everybody in general very fast and friendly kind of far from my house but i dont mind driving to get great service!

worst Waba Grill ever.
the chicken here is nasty, the service is horrible and its just dirty.
The cashiers are really rude, always in a bad mood. Last time I ate here i literally couldn’t finish my food because the chicken was just soo gross, surprised i didn’t get sick from it.
The counters and tables are always sticky and gross.
I’m honestly surprised this place is still in business with the new one around the corner (which is amazing!). Go down the street and go there food quality and service are way better than this place.

I give this place one star because the customer service was horrible. The cashier named Adriana, a (Hispanic lady) is very rude. This has also happened to my family and friends by the same lady and has already happened on several occasions. At first I thought she was having a bad day but from what I have been reading on the Unilocal reviews, this has happened several times by the same lady. This is not tolerable and she should not be working in customer service if she is going to continue to act this way towards Waba Grill’s customers.

This is probably one of the best Waba Grills I have been to. The customer service is excellent and the maintenance is superb. I would definitely recommend this spot if you find yourself in the Chino area.

Rude older latina lady. And as soon as we walked in, it smelled like a porta potty. I havnt tasted the food yet but the 3 stars is assuming the food is good. It was also pretty fast but probly because there wasnt anyone else

Worst Place Ever! The employees are very rude and always flirting with each other in front of the customers. I came here exactly at 8:10 pm and the cashier said they were closing so they couldn’t take my order. They waited until I walked up to the counter to tell me that. Last time I checked closing time was at 9!!! If I can give no stars I would. Never going back !

I don’t go to Waba no more.
The chicken is dry now and feels scratchy as I’m swallowing the meat which should be a lot more tender.
The beef isn’t what it use to be… and with the recent price raises — not only do I NOT go to this one… but I quit completely going to Waba Grill.
Even more — the salmon bowl cost an arm and a leg and it absolutely DOES NOT fill me up at all.
Flame Broiler got you beat.
Better make some changes Waba — not feeling you anymore.

Deal! 2 chicken bowls for $ 9.50! I was a bit weary about coming to this location because of the previous reviews about the service. But we were pleasantly surprised. Came here around lunch time and it was busy! But all the staff were helpful and friendly. The girl taking the order did get out order a tad wrong… we wanted onions and she put «no onions» but that is so minuscule. No the tables and chairs are not dilapidated .and no there are no roaches anywhere. It was pretty clean but they were slow to clean off the tables once a customer left. but then again it was at a peak time. maybe they just couldn’t keep up. At least the food was fresh and yummy, no major qualms with the staff or place. Will come here again!

Waba Grill Critique; Teriyaki Sauce SUCKS, Portions are BIRD SIZE (Meaning, not enough food), White Meat Chicken Bland (No Seasoning or Marination), Steak Average, Ribs Pretty Good, OVERLY EXPENSIVE FOR QUALITY OF FOOD AND PORTIONS!!! I’ve been there a few times before closing and I’ve ordered to dine-​in. I’m always told, «Just so you know we are closing in X amount of minutes.» Wtf? So, the normal practice is to rush paying customers? The last time I went, Adrianna told me they were closing in 20 minutes. It took almost 15 minutes to get my food (my order was wrong at that) because other people who ordered AFTER me got their meals first. Sooooo… that left me 5 minutes to eat? I observed that she never told anyone else about the time left before closing. Maybe if they took their jobs seriously and didn’t goof off in front of customers, I wouldn’t have to do this damn review. Anyone reading this. the one in Chino Hills by the Lucille’s is much better. They aren’t rude, they don’t rush you to eat, it’s cleaner, they friendlier. Don’t waste your time and money here.

The food is delicious hands down!
The reason I gave them 3 stars is because their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
I always put in orders for pick and it always seems that they’re rushing me and just want me to hang up already. another thing is they’re in such a rush to get you off the line that when you get there to pick up your order isn’t fully complete.
Needs to get better customer service! And THEN it will be 4 – 5 star worthy

Definitely the worst waba grill I have even been to and I’ve been to at least five different ones. The cashier seems very bitter and has no sense of customer service. I thought it was maybe just with me but I observed her as I waited for my food and she was like that with everyone. If you are coming here for the fact that it’s healthy I HIGHLY suggest you ask for your bowl with no teriyaki sauce and add it in yourself because they add so much that every grain of rice is drenched in it (teriyaki sauce is NOT healthy). I’ll stick to wok n grill BBQ chicken couple doors down.

Never again! Horrible service, I was charged twice for the same meal and their front desk clerk Carmen was completely rude about handling the issue. The back room staff says vulgar things about their customers in Spanish assuming their customers don’t know what they’re saying. Zero stars would make a more accurate review.

3.5 stars for food quality (chicken/​steak plate is pretty good) and –100 stars because there was a FCKIN COCKROACH CRAWLING IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER. Yeah, a COCKROACH!!! And the guy at the counter was just like nbd and kicked/​unsuccessfully attempted to squish it with his foot.
My friend and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We grabbed our food and hauled ass. Never. Coming. Back.

Everytime I come into this place it smells like the bleach used to clean the floor.
Then i went in last night and they were mopping the floor and it was so gross. I just left and now when i smell/​mop/​cleaner i think of Waba and i get sick.
There’s a new Wok & Grill a few doors over next to Café 86 (AMAZING), I went there and it was better.

Go to the Waba Grill on Mountain instead. This Waba Grill is dirty and have burned my food.

This Waba Grill sucks! The employees here are incompetent.
EVERY time I come here, they burn my meat. Both the chicken and beef. How hard is it to cook a decent teriyaki bowl? The service is extra SLOW as well.
The Waba Grill in Fullerton, NEVER overcooks my half and half. They cook it just right, it’s been a perfect bowl for over 10 visits to the Fullerton area.
Came to this Chino Hills Waba 3 times, and each time they burned my meat.
I hate you CHINO HILLS WABA GRILL. My bowl shouldn’t taste like I’m eating sand (burned charcoal everywhere)

Worst customer service in my life! The Mexican girl cashier in the front is so damn rude and impatient. She even had the nerve to give me dirty looks because I wanted to pay with cash and card. When I asked for a side of lemons for four people. She comes back with a container of one wedge of lemon. Is that a joke! Hope the owners are reading this. Because I would rather travel out of my way to another Waba Grill then come back to this service!

Fresh fresh fresh! Combo plate gives more than enough. I like that they add two slices of oranges on the side. Prefer the steak plate or chicken bowl.
The service is quick here and is very clean.
I used a coupon from my mailer here, find it very beneficial since everything is a little pricey. so keep on the look out for those!
