Subway

The management of this location is certainly problematic. On January 26, I went to this branch around 9 pm., and stood in the store for like 5 minute and no one took my order. Then, I asked a girl who wears a red subway polo shirt «what’s your business hour?» She didn’t response me, but another girl who wears a black subway shirt without name tag came out from behind said «what do you need?» Okay. I didn’t feel welcome at all. Don’t mention her long face. I started my order, but she was like unhappy because I interrupted her clean job. Hello, the store is not closed yet, and I didn’t see the cutting board on the counter. Therefore, my sandwich was made on the counter which I could possibly comment the counter top was clean or not. I asked her where is the cutting, and her response was that I took them to wash. Alright, I was trying to be nice. I said it is a long day for you right? She answered me «I am not tired. I think I get cold.» No kidding? Also, the way how she made my sandwich was very sloppy. Unlike other Subway I have been before, this location was like lack of management. The whole process was like freestyle. There was no standard at all. Then, she also didn’t wrap my sandwich properly because she only gave me single layer wrap. She only used a paper which has Subway logo to wrap my sandwich. I also took picture which she made my sandwich on the counter without cutting board. Later on, I file a complaint on Subway website. Until now, I haven’t received any response.

Food good, service not so good. After todays visit, I was prompted to finally write a review. I’ve visited this location 3 times and each time the service has been painfully slow. I actually walked out last week before even ordering because I was not greeted by anyone. No one even acknowledged me for close to 3 minutes, so I left.
Today, I was greeted quickly but the employee was pretty slow while making my sandwich and at one point was just staring at me, then asked «is that all»? …it was just weird. I feel like I’m inconveniencing them by being there and I don’t feel like a valued guest.
Also, I tried to place a pick up order but their phone number is incorrect. Very inconvenient.

This is one of the best Subway locations I’ve been in. Difference? The staffs. The place is always clean thanks to friendly staffs. My sandwiches are always perfect too. My favorite staff is a female black employee there. I tried to get her name so I that I may compliment her here, but they don’t have name tags. By the way it’s always difficult trying to see if an employee is wearing a name tag because I could easily be mistaken for a creeper sigh.

Usual Subway. Friendly staff… greets you with a smile & friendly welcome when you walk in. Ample parking. Overall a good location.

I’ll come back whenever I’m in the area and need a delicious $ 5 sub.

My first experience with Apple Pay! Awesome! And yes, the sandwiches were good as well! Got a 6″ toasted grilled chicken on wheat. Yummy.

Really happy n impressed that the girls changed gloves b/​4 n after register ;) PLUS like the weekly specials … Today’s Sunday special is chicken breast … Yummy had it w spinach, tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, cucumbers n topped it off with pepper chilies ;) no mayo nor other dressings!

The Food was Good, nothing wrong with the order, just the flavor wasn’t upto par with the other location I had the day before, Customer Service was good, And I was in and out quick as can be.

Below average place, been here a number of times and sadly most of the time they try and skimp out on giving u toppings. This is the last time I’m coming here lol

This place is below average. Employees are very very stingy. Today was my third and last time here. I always get the veggie sandwich only. I’m never coming back at this location again, here are the reasons…
–very stingy, they don’t add enough vegetables. I had to ask the employee to add more 4 times… I told him very specifically, I’m NOT getting ALL the veggies n yet he was hesitating to add the enough amount of vegetables.
–the other employee who made meat sandwich wrapped my sandwich (I thought that was very disgusting because I am vegetarian)
…I am giving 2 starts for the cleanness and friendly welcome

I really liked this location. It was very clean. The employees were nice and they have a great out door seating area. Quite large in fact and located in a large nice shopping center. My lunch was good and enjoyed this location :)

Service is incredible. Very clean. Speedy and efficient service. Food taste delicious. Highly recommend.

Well operated Subway. I go about twice/​week and have found the staff to be consistently friendly, the premises clean, and no problems with the food. Only possible dig — it is a little inconveniently located relative to available parking… but that is offset by the large comfortable patio outside the store.

I like this subway. The employees are nice and the food taste great.
I read some of the posts and maybe this will help others understand a few things about this place.
The employees look and and want to leave because the owners are just vile. I have met the owner a couple of times and she even treats customers she helps poorly.
They have to give small portions because everything in that place is counted. Even the plastic cups. They weigh all the vegetables and meats to make sure the employees aren’t giving to much. Like I said, the owners are vile.
Other than that I like this Subway.

Why are the employees so sad here? Every time I come in, they seem like they just want to leave. Maybe the pay is bad, who knows. This little subway is always clean, and has what any other subway has to give. I don’t really have any issues except for the customer service. I understand you can’t give 100% customer service when it is full, but when it’s empty… there’s no excuse.

This subway gives meager portions. I ordered a tuna sandwich and the tuna scooper they use is smaller than at any other subway. Too bad because the restaurant itself is very nice, modern, clean, and has indoor and outdoor seating. However, since there is a subway on every block, I’ll just go to a different one that gives more generous portion sizes.

I can’t give 0 stars so I’m forced to choose 1.
This place is HORRIBLE… This is the WORST subway I’ve been to by far… SERVICE is unorganized and terrible, and it wasn’t even busy WTF…
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, IT SUCKS. I’m warning you!

They are fast and the customer service is great. Ever since the $ 5 footlongs started, the lines have gotten really long. They do a great job of making the sandwiches well and fast.

I will begin this by saying that I hate Subway sandwiches. Something about them make me sick. I worked at Togo’s in high school for a couple months… so maybe that has something to do with it… but I doubt it.
Maybe it’s all the times I’ve gone into a Subway and seen flies lighting on the tomatoes or trapped in the cheese container. Maybe its the wonderful smell of bread wafting into my nostrils and the crappy taste of it in my mouth.
All these things notwithstanding, I enjoyed my sandwich from this Subway. The location was clean, busy and efficient.
