My wife pulled me along with her to stop by the Ann Taylor LOFT store on a discount day. When we arrived, it was almost closing time… really close to closing time. We apologized for the lateness of our arrival, and the staff ensured that my wife had time to make her selections.
The staff members were very friendly and continued to assist my wife with making selections and providing feedback. Very good customer service that my wife appreciated. Service like this is a positive reflection on management and the company as a whole.
