The store itself was very nice but once we got to check out, one of the cashiers were not professional nor courteous at all. To help explain, I’ll just refer to them as cashier #1 and #2. So, while cashier #1 was tending to something, she asked her fellow employee, cashier #2 if she could ring us up. Well once asked, her body language was so rude that the first cashier had to ask her if she would just rather finish her task while she just ring us up and her reply was «Yes please because I’m in no» and the rest was murmured. This was not excellent customer service not one bit. If she was in no mood to do her job then maybe she shouldn’t work in such a position. I have to say that this is the first time I’ve been in Chino and experienced such terrible customer service. Not even a greeting when you walk in the door like all other places.

Unbelievable having a 20% off sale and people are stacked six deep in the furniture Department with only one person working there the manager couldn’t care less the guy in the furniture Department trying his best but he’s backed up and there’s no help in sight. Exceptionally poor service. Very bad management

Typical Big Lots store, you find decent stuff and also, cheap stuff. The aisles are pretty organized, except the clearance section, you will be lucky if you find it organized at anywhere. This is not the store you want to go to if you are in a rush. Employees take their sweet time, and most are not even polite. The only reason I keep coming is because they have painting canvases for very cheap and sometimes they have good deals on their furniture.

This store has really been changed since the last time I stopped in. Aisle’s are better arranged as well neater and cleaner. Did not find what I was looking for, but I will be back.

Looking for patio furniture covers but they didn’t have any. However, I was surprised how organized and clean the store is now. The aisles have be turned a different way from the last time I was here. The checkout line was long though.

There is normally only 1 cashier working the times that I’ve visited. You can find good deals on cards, gift bags and spices. Sometimes they have good deals on batteries. Sometimes I will find goodies in the cereal aisle. My husband was so happy to find count dracula cereal. Cereal they don’t sell at your regular market!

Our favorite place to get furniture! When you are on a budget, this is a great place to score something that will last more than a week. Emilio will really go out of his way to make it easy for you. He can special order, look at other stores, etc. But his specialty is going through the differences between products. It really shows he knows his stuff.
