I came here on 11/​13/​2015 and ordered an el Diablo burger. It ended up with something that looks like cut fingernails inside. They didn’t even give me a receipt. I’ll never go here again.

This place is stupid I called and made a complaint because they got my order wrong so the manager had contacted me and said ok we will comp your next meal ok cool !!! That’s good customer service so I go back about a month later and I tell tell the manager that I had a meal comp’d and she acts like I am ghetto ass person trying swindle a free meal and said «we just can’t give out free food» and «we will give you the meal this time.» Wtf??? Like I am trying to pull a fast one. So I guess they need to improve how they resolve complaints because this obviously wasn’t a positive outcome. But as you can see they only have two stars so that should tell them something

Worst Carl’s Jr. Employees. Service extremely slow. Had to wait in parking lot and finally came out after 10 mins. Terrible. Everything was overcooked and the girl that took my order ran out and said it was sorry it was the wrong order. And it wasn’t. She insisted so I asked for a refund which took another 10 mins. Really bad experience.

Every 6 mos to a year I forget what a crappy place this restaurant is and go through drive thru. They manage to F up the simplest order. This last time I had to go in to get my order fixed (of course) and saw what a dirty kitchen they have and how they handled the food. I think I will remember to never go back this time.

The sausage edd and cheese biscuit is seriously the only breakfast sandwich I will eat. The biscuit is soft and the cheese all melted. Well that is at every Carl’s jr. But this one I am usually a very healthy eater and this is my cheat breakfast every once in awhile. Needless to say, the crap I got this morning is not worth the calories and is going straight in the trash. The person that worked this morning must hate their job. The egg was more on the paper than on the sandwich and the cheese looks like a kraft single they just through on there. Not melted at all. Maybe it’s bcuz the sausage was cold as ice. Groooooss. What the heck Carl’s jr?

There’s been a few times where I’ve asked for plain cheeseburgers for my boys. Just simply bread, meat, cheese. Every time the order is wrong ! I figured I’d give it another try and guess what? Same exact order was wrong again! So frustrating when your child cries every time. I don’t understand why they don’t get it ! I won’t be returning for sure!

Well there’s a reason why they call it fast food, you’re supposed to get your food quickly!
The place was empty, we ordered four chicken sandwiches, and we’ve been waiting over ten minutes for our order. Seriously?
Shouldn’t be taking this long… everyone else who came after us got there food already.

I have been patronizing this location since it’s opening… my last visit was not a pleasant one.
I ordered a bbq chicken sandwich, which I have ordered previously… THE CHICKEN WAS INEDIBLE (AS IF IT WAS OVER MICROWAVED). A TOTAL WASTE OF $$$
Carls jr for the price… should be excellent not inedible !!!

Food is consistent with other locations, average fast food.
Problem is with «cooking» staff. They’re Unable to fill out requests, such as extra onions, no pickles, had to send it back twice. Both times came back wrong. Offer of dessert on next visit and apology did help but probably won’t return.

We’ve come to this Carl’s multiple times, and it seems their employees could care less about how long it takes for you to receive your food and the accuracy of your order. Every time we’ve come the food takes 10 – 20 min to come out, regardless of how busy it is, and the majority of the time the order isn’t accurate. Just went in today, and again my boyfriend’s order wasn’t accurate and took FOREVER to come out to the point where he had to get up and ask for it. Not only that, they didn’t even offer any incentives whatsoever for their mistake. Also, there is one blonde female employee who somehow is always having a conversation with customers who look like they’re her friends visiting. While she’s talking, your food is waiting to be served. Needless to say, we are NEVER coming back here again. Save yourself the trouble and drive the 5 extra minutes down the street to the Carl’s in the Chino marketplace.

the manager on 12−16=12 12 noon told me i could not drive a horse and carriage threw the drive thu why? you have lost your neighbor as a customer and all its workers. never had a problem before and never left any poop there. I guess this is why we dont like Carls Jr and the 4 sodas we bought were flat.

Ordered a Green Burrito combo — and they took 10 – 15 minutes for my food to be ready. They ended up making the wrong burrito!
I didn’t want to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes so I asked for a refund. The manager (younger woman) told me to wait cause she was in her break but she was just standing by the cashier!
Will NOT come back!

.., been going to this Carl’s for a while now since it’s around the corner from my parents house. Really convenient for the locals in the area.
Customer service is ok. It’s hit or miss here, just like most fast food places. The drive thru may need a little attention. I order criss cut fries 99% of the time I grab a combo from here & they always give me regular fries. Now I always check the bag before I take off. We’ve asked for no onions as well & yet we still always get onions? Minor flaws but still a big difference.
Usually when you ask for something by itself, it means not the combo but yet the cashier still kept repeating if I wanted the combo with an irritated tone. Carl’s is usually pretty good when it comes to customer service, but this one needs to get broken in a bit more. Other than that I’ll still come back.

It’s a Carl’s Jr. AND a Green Burrito! Been here several times and the cashiers have always been very friendly. Also, it is the cleanest carls I’ve been to in a while and everything is still new. I think this has been here for two years. I was pretty surprised nobody added it to Unilocal until I had to just now. Come to Carl’s Jr. If you live nearby!!!
