This is my favorite fast food place because they actually give you healthy options I always get the hero in a salad versus rock didn’t read the tuna salads awesome to the grilled chicken salad I specially love the kids meals we can always swap out fries for fruit or salad! Foods always fresh and adorable!

Foods good. But prices are listed wrong and when I explained to worker she just shrugged and said the prices changed. And blamed it on her Manager. Cashier looked lost and didn’t know how to charge. Needs work on management and communication.

I went to Chino Express today to get a bacon cheeseburger. On the menu it is listed at $ 4.71, but they charged me $ 5.67. At the window I had to ask for a receipt. When I mentioned the discrepancy, the server (who was very nice) said the manager says he can charge whatever he wants. She had me talk to him and they gave me back the difference. I just want to say to be careful that you are charged what is on the menu.

Food is OK service sucks especially when you’re at the drive thru can take up to 10 – 15 mins for just 2 or 3 cars .I literally have to cuss this people out because I just see my food settng there and no one is handing it to me for 5 mins. Like WTF really. That would piss off anybody. Oh and let’s not forget the multiple hairs I find in my food and last time I found a bread tie in the ranch dressing they have I could have choked.

Love there breakfeast burritos. I always get two burritos every Friday. There prices are 2 for $ 8. I would really recommend this place.

BEWARE Prices on the drive up are not the same as what you pay. Example-​Pastrami dinner is 8.95 and at the window it was 12.95. Of course the workers claim they have no control over that and when I said I wanted to speak to mgr., he was not there. How can you run a place without anyone in charge. This first happened 3 months ago, I let it slide but today again was not acceptable. I will not return. For 12.95 I’ll go to In and Out for 2 meals with drinks.

Worst place too expensive for the quality of food and service. You’ll wait in the drive thru forEver without being acknowledged. It’s ridiculous. Seems like no one cares. Their drive thru menu is deceiving. Their prices are much higher than the ones on the menu yet when you question them they tell you to tell the owner because they can’t do anything about it and won’t honor the menu price. Will never go back and haven’t been back again. Besides there are too many burger joints in the area to just settle on this poor service one.

Great Food, But Service Sucks. Drive Thru Cashier Seems Like She Hates Her Job. Shouldn’t Work With Customers If You Don’t Like People. Ordered The Family Meal With Cheese For Like $ 3 Surcharge, Didn’t Get Any Cheese. Asked For A Plain CheeseBurger Didn’t Receive It. Needs To Hire More Friendlier Cashiers And Shift Leaders. Very Bad Service.

Went this morning to try their Steak and Eggs. Food is like 4/​5, their speaker is patchy so it’s hard to understand them, service is like your typical fast food restaurant service, I would definitely go back for breakfast but not in my car since the driveway is definitely not «low-​friendly» (Only the car people will understand haha). But overall, food is good, price is ok (not super overpriced like other places), service ok, just the driveways are horrible. I give them 4 stars and a thumbs up.

My boyfriend and I were sitting at the drive through, the SUV ahead of us pulled up to the window and we were still sitting there. We holler «HELLO?!»
Still, no response. So we finally drive up, and 1 min later, «Hello how can I help you?» we couldn’t reverse because the car/​people behind us were already ordering.
We drive up to the window and tell the lady who simply said in a nonchalant demeanor «oh sorry, I probably didn’t hear you»
Overall, I would stop by for their pretty tasty Fried Zucchini sticks with ranch dip!
The cc fries were NOT tasty however, the Chili tastes canned and runny.

If you have any food allergies I would NOT recommend eating here since they can’t take an order to save their lives! I ask for NO this and that and get it! Good thing I’m not allergic to the items i’ve request NOT to have cuz I’d be dead by now. I’ve been here several times hoping that it would get better but every time I order something, they can’t get it right, the food is inconsistent meaning I order the same thing and it’s different every time I get it. Some items I really like and other item are just not good at all. Save your money and go somewhere else, I am.

Definitely not the same after the new owners. Seems that they started buying cheaper ingredients and raised the prices slightly. I think this has happened to the other burger place across the street too. It’s a shame that these places we grew up on have changed so much.

Unfortunately this place really took a dive under its new management. What was once the goto place for a breakfast burrito is now the last place I’d go for anything. I never had to check my food before eating it. The old owner made sure it was to notch before sending it out. Now I always have to because there is always an issue. Eggs not done right, hair in food, burnt food, raw food, etc.
After a while you get tired of always having to check your food before eating and you just stop going. They have lost our business.

I brought my lil ones here for breakfast one day. It’s not the newest restaurant around, but the service was great and our breakfast was exactly what we wanted. The kids ordered the kids pancake plates (plenty of food) and I ordered a veggie omelet. The manager/​owner took our order and he was friendly and suggested things to order. Our server was just as nice and filled up my coffee promptly. The prices were good too. I like good prices.
