Not the best Chuck e Cheese to go to, but it’s not really bad. Just ghetto workers and sometimes tables would be dirty every now and then

The staff was friendly and wonderful, this review is in no way about the staff or the other patrons. My issue is that when my nephew and I left we ordered hot cocoa and coffee to go. The lids do not stay on the cups and my I was burned multiple times, once leaving the restaurant where I was surprised that no staff member offered assistance even though I clearly said I was being burned and then, in the parking lot the lids came off three more times and I was covered in hot coffee and had to discard the coffee and his hot cocoa for safety. How can such a large chain not be aware of the safety issue with the cups and how can they provide hot chocolate, a beverage for children, at a burning hot temperature in a cup with a lid that does not stay on? Thank goodness I didn’t give him the cup but meanwhile I was burned, my purse and jeans are stained, and I had to throw out beverages I paid for. I just don’t understand how the restaurant could not be aware of this– not the location maybe, but the actual restaurant — my nephew and I had a great time, and everyone was nice, but please, to prevent a possibly more serious issue in the future, please investigate the lids!

I love this location. It’s very low traffic and they have the best game that my husband loves to play since he always hits the jackpot. Making our coins worth it!

stephanie and michelle… RUDE. I will drive 20 minutes to rancho before I visit this location again which is 5 minutes from me. They are very lucky to get my one star. stephanie needs to speak to customers with less sarcasm and michelle needs to treat all customers the same. Don’t smile with one if you can’t smile with all. Oh btw, I didn’t capitalize their names on purpose. and Chuck it’s a kid friendly place. Try to be more accommodating, fix the ticketed games and smile more. I think corporate needs to send a secret shopper to visit. Oh and most times I walk in and out without getting a stamp or checked on my way out. Great security awareness

Why is it that«Chuck» seems to be related with things that are either cheap or cheesy. $ 2 Buck«Chuck». «Chuck E. Cheese’s». and«Chuck» Norris after total-gym!!! Budget friendly child entertainment that I will never understand why our grandkids want to gravitate here. There are many other places to be entertained but yet I sit here wiping down my table for ten minutes making sure nothing else comes home with us. Service is mediocre, staff lacks motivation or enthusiasm and cleanliness is questionable. Come with no expectations and you’ll leave without regrets. Enjoy!

I know it’s not your first pick of a food place to eat but my kids still enjoy this place. I don’t mind coming early to let them play and run around when there isn’t too many people around. They expanded this location a while back so it’s a lot bigger with more tables to sit and relax. The token packages have gotten expensive since the first day I started taking them here but it’s still cheaper then going to Dave and busters and closer for me. Don’t put down chuck e cheese so easily. I grew up at this place and now my kids have to. They have fun they come and that’s all that matters to me. The staff is friendly for the most part and it’s clean when ever I come but then again I come early and when it’s not busy.

Went here on Monday and had such a great experience. It was super clean and the staff were so friendly. My son and his friends enjoyed themselves and the food was so good! I know chuck e cheese doesn’t get a good wrap but they really impressed me and my family

You just have to take your babes here. You cannot avoid the place because they would want to come here anyways. My son and I went on a little date so I brought him here. I remember as a kid how fun it was but now it’s just completely disgusting. Everything is so dirty, the floors, tables, games… EVERYTHING. I am a neat freak so my secret inner OCD was going off. Crying babies, screaming parents… I saw a small little girl with green mucus running down from her nose and smearing it on everything. The parents don’t give a damn here which makes it soooooo dirty! Half of the kids riding machines were dirty but my son only likes the driving games anyways which worked. I like the everything cost one token. I bought a personal pizza and 30 tokens which total to $ 20. I still have a load of tokens which I probably won’t be using for quite some time. My son loved the pizza and apple juice so he was pigging out. He had fun but he liked the balloons better on the table that was having a birthday party. If you do come here, bring a bunch of baby wipes and hand sanitizer.

So just came from having my sons 6th birthday party. The girls that run the party part are amazing. They were so sweet and helpful. Food was great and we went before if got to crazy. The only negative would be some of the ghetto people that came in later in the day, other than that it was a great very inexpensive party. We had 20 – 25 people and it only cost $ 150 great deal.

Really gross food, and only some what clean. I’ve never been fond of Chuck E. Cheese restaurants before, not even as a child. The robots on stage are still as creepy as ever. However, my two little brothers love it here. They love being able to play games and win prizes. So I can’t say this whole place is a loss.

Surprisingly clean… came here for a birthday party expecting it to be dirty bases on other reviews. The carpets were immaculately vacuumed, and it was a busy day. What really impressed me was their game tech. I got my token stuck in the skeeball machine and a tech was readily available then gave me two extra tokens after un-jamming the coin slot. Better than expected service and cleanliness.

Love that they have kept up this Chuck e. Cheese since I was a kid. They added new games and it is really kept up. I love the salad bar and the pizza is good. The only compliant I have is the 2 beer or wine minimum that has to be bought one hour between in time.

Got to admit this place was hella crummy a lot of the games didn’t work but me and my baby made the best of it. Ghetto was part of it and I know better then to order food and except grossness at places like this. Got to admit y’all seemed a bit understaffed. I was at the kids counter for toys and some guy named sergio got yelled at in front of me then proceeded to be rude to me I just ignored him. Luckily you guys did a great job to hire some nice looking dude named JOSE! He was wonderful and had the parents along with kids smiling cheek to cheek, seriously Jose was amazing. Thank you Jose! Hope this gets you a promotion! Keep smiling dude!!!

Man, this place really sucks. I didn’t get the memo that in order to enter you have to be extremely Ghetto!!! Nothing like when we we’re kids. The place is dirty, very little structure from what I could tell. A month old frozen pizza from Stater bros. Would of been better than what I just ate. Even the employee’s…not all but some totally fit the ghetto profile. They used to have standards… from food, employees, service etc. Family restaurant? Owe no… Ghetto… dirty… nasty food… spend your hard earned money else where.

Wow this place sucks. Waited in line for quite sometime to order food, but only one person was working tickets, food orders & letting people in at the door. Then two other workers came from the back and saw me waiting, asked if I was ready to order, and then before I could get a word out, changed his mind and said«Oh wait, hold on,» & they both left to go to the back. Understandable if it was busy, but it was a Sunday and I was the only one in line for food, only one family redeeming tickets & one family came, waiting to get in(the girl told them to just come in because no one was there at the ropes to stamp their hand). Then another worker came, looked at me and went to the back. Seriously? Needless to say, it took forever for the kids to redeem their tickets afterwards.

I came here in late 2009. It was ghetto! I mean GHETTO horrible food. Horrible service. The place was dirty. It was pretty bad. Then I heard in 2012 they got new owners, managers, staff & were reconstructing everything! I went 1 week ago and it’s awesome! The food is better! Staff are nice. I mean everything. They have new games, and still have the oldie but goodie games. My daughter loves it here and were thinking about having her birthday party here. My kudos to the new team! They really did save this place from the gutter.
