So I called for delivery, and I was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. In reality, he just pulled those numbers out of his ass so that I would hang up and not order the pizza, because the pizza actually got to my house in 30 minutes. He also said they were ALLOUT of cheese and crushed pepper. Which is obviously, as well, a bold faced lie. This Pizza Hut location obviously don’t want any business from customers, because this is not the first or second time that this exaggeration of wait time has happened. Take your business elsewhere if you want some quality service!(And actual cheese and peppers)

Thought we would try the stuffed crust with bacon bits. Ordered one with pepperoni as thank you topping. Stuffed crust was ok. The actual pizza was either undercooked or Extra greasy… Either way uneatable! Ugh!

I’m not a glutton but this place has CLEARLY skimped on my toppings during my last 5 purchases in the last 4 years. Every time we pick up a pizza from location, we take it home and become reminded of why we don’t order from here– the lack of toppings! We pay for large specialty pizzas and it seems they limit their toppings to 10 pieces per ingredient. 10 pepperoni, 10 olives, 10 pineapple chunks etc etc. On top of it all(or should I say under), you begin to wonder if there’s any marinara sauce. The use of marinara is so scarce that you have to lift other toppings to see if it’s really there since you can’t taste it. If you want to have a pizza with lackluster quality and toppings, come here! Otherwise your money is probably better off at another Pizza Hut franchise or even Costco!

I ordered pizza this evening and they made two mistakes. They didn’t put the ranch with the quepapas I ordered. And they didn’t put the Parmesan cheese on the crust like I ordered. I’ve ordered pizza a couple times in the last month and it’s always overcooked in the center. It ends up being chewy. Guess I won’t be ordering from here anymore

Horrible!!! When I order my pizza from this place the cheese was so nasty and hard. The cheese wasn’t even pulling off like pizza. instead it was very hard and the bread was chewy. I feel like they use old ingredients. seriously, I would never order food from this place again. Stay away people!!! I suggest you call another pizza place rather than pizza hut.

I used this establishment to provide ten pizzas for my wee one’s birthday party at the nearby Chino Youth Museum. Their customer service was efficient & helpful making the ordering process easy & without snafu’s. The order was delivered timely and most importantly was correct, and best of all the pizza was HOT& tasty. I was pleasantly surprised and quite happy w/the service!

So I ordered a pizza and some wings this rainy night about 6:50pm. Says delivery time will be slightly over an hour which to me was understandable due to the rain and it being peak hours. An hour and a half goes by so I call the store to check on my order. One kid answers, then I’m transferred to another guy who says he tried calling me multiple times because they are out of the crust I wanted but it supposedly went straight to voicemail, so he just cancelled my order. I asked him to verify my number for me and it was correct. I never received any phone call or voicemail and I know my phone was working, I was even calling from the number I provided. He asked if I still wanted my food with a different crust and I said yes. He then read back my entire order I originally ordered online… I thought he said he cancelled it, right? But it’s still there, in their system, where it probably was this entire time and was forgotten about. He has me provide my card info again. After the food comes I check my bank statement… I’ve been charged twice.

I usually order from a different pizza Restaurant and I now why now. I get this for going out of my norm. The wings that I ordered were not only cold on delivery but we’re still really red on the inside. Not Healthy at all. My pepperoni pizza had was saturated in grease I could squeeze it out of my crust. Driver didn’t bring peppers and cheese like I had asked and they forgot the ranch that I asked for. Definitely not happy with pizza hut. What happened to you guys you used to be so good now your just below mediocre

Okay, I love Pizza Hut.. and admittedly I ordered a little late but don’t come honking a billion times and expect me not to get mad that they could possibly wake up my daughter! Don’t freaking honk! Walk to the dam door!

I ordered 13 pizzas, pasta and breadsticks yesterday. They had them freshly made and ready by the time they promised. No complaints here. I ordered at 11AM and they were ready by 3PM

I am the manager of a local store and I decided to surprise my employees with some pizza while I was away on vacation. I ordered the pizza online Thursday(May 1, 2014) and I wanted it delivered on Saturday(May 3, 2014.) I was able to add«special instructions» online so I typed«it’s a surprise»(it didn’t allow for any more text.) I followed the instructions and filled out my information. I was excited for Saturday to come and for my team’s reaction. Today(saturday) is the day the pizza was scheduled to be delivered. Instead of positive calls from my employees from my surprise I get confused remarks. Apparently Pizza Hut needed me there to sign for the pizza since it was my name on the delivery. Since I wasn’t there they took the pizza back. After my employees call me I call Pizza Hut to see what happened. A woman answered and she proceeded to scold me saying, «Next time you need to call us and let us know. I’m going to do you a favor and send it back to your store. In other cases we can easily cancel this order and give you your money back.» She then repeated«do you understand» over and over. I understand why there was confusion. Online asked for MY name and info so I filled it out accordingly. I SHOULD have put a name of someone that was going to be there instead. I understand that Pizza Hut NEEDS to know if the pizza was delivered to the paying person. I also didn’t have any knowledge of my needing to be there to sign something. I honestly don’t recall if the website said anything about that. I had already paid for the pizza and I wasn’t worried it. The problem I have is HOW the woman on the phone spoke to me. No customer service whatsoever and she treated me as if I was a little child that made a mistake. She also made me feel inferior as a customer by saying ‘I’m doing you a favor by not canceling it.’ The entire situation could have been avoided if Pizza Hut called my number(which was provided online) and verified the transaction. That’s customer service and it’s about going above and beyond for the customer. It’s not about who’s right and proving a point. I’m definitely NOT ordering from this Pizza Hut location in the future. I’d rather drive farther than showing my face to this place. A good gesture turned into a huge mess and one customer lost.

I got two large pizzas for $ 17 which is not bad as I am part of the Pizza Hut members club so any emails given to me are better deals than what they have in store or online so become a Pizza Hut member and you will get good deals on pizzas

Horrible service. They have the stupidest policy. Just because I’m «new to this location as I just moved to chino but have gone to Chino hills and Eastvale they won’t deliver and take my debit card. Now not only am I am not eating pizza there I refuse to go to Pizza Hut. I have been a long time customer and they are treating me like a loser who’s card may be declined and their driver could be in danger by delivering to me cuz they don’t «know» me. Horrible! Disappointing! Lame!

My family and I have been ordering from Pizza Hut since their $ 10 any pizza/toppings deal came out; and i’ve tried other Pizza Huts. This location is by far, the BEST. The manager there pays attention to customer comments and is able to provide OUTSTANDING service and quality pizzas. The toppings are a value for money! They always show you the pizzas you order before you walk out to make sure it is satisfactory. I definitely recommend the pizza at this Pizza Hut location! :3

.., I’ve grown up to this Pizza Hut ever since I was in the 4th grade. Pizza Hut in general used to be my favorite pizza joint over anybody. Mainly over commercial places like: Dominos, Papa John’s, & Little Caesars. This was way before I started venturing out into the world trying out every hole in the wall, family owned, pizza parlor, etc. Every pizza place has their own character & quality of pizza, Pizza Hut definately has theirs. I’m sad to say that my stomach doesn’t take well to their types of cheeses anymore. However the pizza is always consistent, it usually arrives on time, & the specials are always good. Today I had a Lg. pepperoni pizza w/a side of wings for $ 17. Plus tax & it came out to $ 20.11. Our meal took about a good 45 mins upon delivery. Opened the box & it looked delicious as usual. One thing that always gets me, is that when you first bite into the tip of a slice, the cheese always stretches out. Then the more you make your way towards the crust, it stays put? Sometimes even falling off as a whole? This is where my inner fufu cheese snob comes into play, which has only developed over the past yr. Not too crazy about the Wing St. wings Pizza Hut uses now also. What hapenned to their own house wings? Other than that, everything tasted as it should. Good, but not as great as my tastebuds would like it to be nowadays. I’ll tell you one thing though, Pizza Hut’s pizza is still the best when eaten cold in my book. I’m still showing support for my childhood friend. Check em’ out.

We don’t normally order Pizza Hut because it’s not my husband’s favorite, but saw the commercial for their stuffed pan pizza. Decided to order online and the only good thing I can say is that it came on time. I ordered 3 things and 2 out of the 3 were wrong. I don’t normally check my order before the delivery guy leaves, but now I feel I have to. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and just got plain cheese and 2 of the slices didn’t have cheese on it. I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and they forgot to put the garlic parmesan on. The mozzarella sticks were OK. When we called to see what could be done, all they could do was give us a credit to that Pizza Hut. After today, I don’t think I even want to order from there again, so that’s pretty much useless.
