Waisted an hour and a half of my busy work day to be skipped by the doctor. On top of all that, I was surprised with a balance that I was not aware of, because they messed up on my billing. Not the first time this happens. I’m over this office.

Its not so much the Doctors, Dr Gordon, and Singh were great but we had to get another doctor because they were no longer in Chino, on the new doctor he seemed fine, only saw him once, it was the ignorant front office girl Jennifer who gave us such a bad time, we’ve been going there for years and only paid 20 copay, she, with an attitude said that he is a specialist and it would be 40.00, I argued this saying I just saw another doctor 2 months ago and it is only 20 and I have to pay 40, what do you know, I have a 20 dollar credit and should of only paid 20, she didn’t even call me back on this like she said she would, I had to call her, because they have ignorant staff like her I will not go back.

Try requesting Dr. Robert Gordan as your psychiatrist. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. He is the best of the best as well as very competent and compassionate. I speak from the experience of being his patient for over 7 years. Thank you. :)

Service is horrible. My husband attended this clinic with the hope he would find an awesome psychiatrist. Well the truth is, this office is a mess everywhere, my husband was transferring from a psychiatrist he used to see in the County of San Bernardino, the psychiatrist in the county was awesome and knowledgeable. The psychiatrist at this place didn’t even bother to have my husbands file transferred, even though his front desk secretary had confirmed thru the phone my husbands medical records with the county had in fact arrived at their office. I would not recommend anyone to this clinic, we figured it would be much better than county but at this point they made the County psychiatrist look better than them go figure.
