Poor customer service today they lost my business! I have been to a few JM’s and always got great service and attentive, positive employees but this ‘lord of the flies’ shop is in need of a rewrite. The girl that made my meal was so bad I just gave up and said I must be putting you out by asking questions and cancelled the rest of the sandwich order. This place needs some serious attitude and management adjustments. It’s a Bunch of kids with bad attitudes

Woe me. I came upon this establishment as I wanted to enjoy a nice refreshing drink at it’s neighbor. My stomach was growling as lunch was approaching(really I was on my lunch break), how convenient this place was for me to satisfy my hunger and enjoy a satisfying drink. As I entered, it was relatively busy and I didn’t even take noticed to enter the line to my right. I was to intrigued in the wide selection on the menu. How indecisiveness got a hold of me as I pondered between a buffalo wrap or the roast beef & provolone sandwich. The gentlemen assisting me was nice and patient as I finally opted for the buffalo wrap but with ranch however. Blue cheese makes my face cringe and stomach twirl as if i was to vomit. As I approached the register, I noticed the male cashier and the female customer was very animated in their conversation. I stepped back as there was no other behind me, recalling when I was a hormonal teenager. Eavesdropping secretly, I pretended to check for something useful on my phone as I continued to listen to their conversation while still waiting in line to pay. They were ongoing about some event on going on that night and the young man was spitting his game on who will be there. People who I have never heard of. People I would probably never truly will hear about again. After a few minutes, they said their goodbyes and the young man was glowing as if he was excited to be able to have a chance to see her again, that night. I am happy for you cashier-er and I am happy for my free cookie you have given me for being a first timer here. I hope you did see her! As I went to sit outdoors to enjoy the warm afternoon of the Cali weather, listening to the old rock blaring from the overhead speakers, I couldn’t help but notice for $ 10 how small my wrap really was. It was the size of two of my fists combined, and believe me I do not have large hands. I didn’t trip but remained calm as the taste must be worth the $ 10, I mustn’t let my hangryness overcome me. As I unravel the paper I was a bit perplexed as I only saw lettuce, chicken, ranch, and shredded cheese. Let me tell you my dear friends, the $ 10 wrap was not worth it at all. The sauce was so runny and the wrap was something I could have made at home in two seconds. Oh how I was disappointed but I ate the whole thing(two fists worth) of my wrap and silently cried inside as I was still hungry and unsatisfied. The prices are expensive for the amount of food given and nothing truly worth enough for me to come back. Maybe I will try another sandwich, who knows! 2 stars for the young love that bloomed here.

Good Sandwich, close to home. Slow, unorganized service. The reason people get in line is so that you help them, individually in the order the got in line. You should not be preparing my order, 1 sandwich and the person after me, 4 sandwiches at the same time. I had to stand there waiting around while other sandwiches were being prepared plus chit chat. And, you can’t keep my simple extra pickle add peperoncinni straight. Duh common sense /customer service.

Friendly staff, great sandwiches. I personally like the Italian sandwich Mike’s way and the meatball sandwich. If you are going to get a sandwich I recommend getting the largest size, it’s not that much more in price and you can save one half to eat later that way.

This is my go to spot when I’m in the mood for a tuna sandwich. Super fresh and delicious. Staff is very friendly and service is quick. A little bit on the pricy side but you definitely get what you pay for. Ive never ordered anything else here because when I do I still end up getting what I like. Try the tuna, you won’t be disappointed. On my way… lol

Service is bad. The 2 guys was just not really pay attention to customers. He talked lots to one customer ahead of the rest of the line so it was so slow. When it is our turned he never asked what we want and assumed that we want vinegar.

I you Dont have a particular bread available, have the common courtesy and respect and inform your customers. Waited in line for 15 min and wanted to slap someone after I was told«no white mini bread« Could have been an easy fix with a sign at the door telling customers.

First of all, I NEVER give five stars, but today would have been close. The guy who greeted us and took out order was out of this world and was oozing with customer service. Friendliness and a smile go farther than some people realize. Put of the four people there, he was amazing with my girls and myself. If you’ve ever taught customer service and seen what Farrell’s philosophy of «give them the pickle», this guy did just that. Happy children make a happy mom and he delivered. Good food coupled with great service makes for repeat clientele.

I’ve been several times and everything’s been fine. I called in an order because I was in a hurry and when u arrived I was ignored and surpassed by several employees. I ended up getting in line and having to wait as if I was placing a new order. What’s the point of calling in if I have to wait just as long? Terrible and completely pointless to offer this if you’re going to ignore me. Not happy.

Love Jersey Mike’s. Just not this one. They have too few tables and they are ALWAYS dirty. The sandwiches are skimpy and the service is slow. Takes forever to get a hello, even when they are slow. Best Locations to go Grove and Philadelphia or the 10 freeway and Mountain.

My brother and I usually get the Reg kahuna cheesesteak($ 7.95) and Reg #2($ 6.45). For chips and drink add $ 2.59. I like that they slice the meat and cheese to order, it takes longer but it taste good. You can add lettuce, thin slices of onions, and tomatoes. They do have salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, or oregano that you can add. Try to get the red pepper relish, so yummy with it. The staff is nice, the place can get packed with a few seats inside but there’s outside seating on the front. The place is between a Dominos and a Starbucks. They take card and there’s also a loyalty stamp card.

First time here at any jersey mikes… Was craving tuna… so tuna it is… not bad, I’ve had better… Should have ordered the jersey shore favorite? Probably could have got a better sandwich/deal at subway…

Dropped in spontaneously in between church services with a little appetite. I heard this place was good and thought I’d see what all the hype was. I will say I fancy it more than subway, but bread and veggie options unfortunately don’t compare. Bread options are white or wheat and veggie options are the basics: lettuce, onion, and tomato. They do have salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, or oregano that you can add. They were not busy at all which was nice, but the work/veggie station seemed a bit messy for there not to be much traffic. Food never looks appetizing when it’s thrown around. I’m glad the taste told the truth. Service was okay initially. They assumed we knew what we were doing and when we told them we were newbies they didn’t really walk us through. Nonetheless they jumped on board and gave us a free cookie since it was our first visit. Nice gesture. I ordered a kid’s meal for under $ 5 which came with a perfectly sized(for me) mini sub, a drink and a cookie. My sandwich was very good — «Mike’s Way» with no onion and extra mayo on wheat was definitely the way to go. All of the ingredients tasted really fresh despite the look of the workstation. In my opinion, the surpass Subway in «eating fresh» but not variety.

— Best location around. Period. — Great staff. Always upbeat. Smiles on deck. — Can’t go wrong with the roast beef, turkey, and cheesesteak on wheat. * Chipotle mayo and honey mustard are great adds for different sandwiches. — Mike’s way is your best bet, but for you picky eaters you may want some brakes on the fluids. * Get the red pepper relish it is phenoms. — Busy during lunch; order ahead online or via app and your in and out within 5 minutes. — Don’t waste your time being dissatisfied at Subway. Come here get the ‘gigante’ and live.

Recently opened and is now taking place over Quiznos, right next to Dominos Pizza and the drive thru Starbucks on Central Ave. by the 60W fwy entrance. Open from 10am to 9pm So happy they opened one in Chino! I stopped by the other day to check out this new location, and dayum! It was poppin’! It wasn’t even the first day anymore and the line still snaked out the door. Service: Everyone on staff was super friendly and regardless of how busy they were, they managed to keep their spirits high and the line moving along. There were about three people ordering ahead of me, and I managed to get out within approx. five minutes. My service consisted of four people: the girl that took my order, the meat/cheese slicer guy, the toppings guy, and the cashier. All of them were very nice and did not mind explaining to me what were in the different kinds of sandwiches. Food: They have a wide variety of cold subs and hot sandwiches, along with chips, soups(?), and combo meals. I have only tried the Original Italian in a mini size, and it was amazing! I hardly ever crave sandwiches, but I will definitely be coming back here for more! You can get either a mini size(6 inches?), medium, or large sub all a different price ranges, of course. It’s a little pricey, but you pay for what you get. Everything is fresh, and their meats are perfectly cut and delicious. I enjoy a good sub from Subway or Quizons, but Jersey Mikes beats the competition!
