My husband and I always crave wienerschnitzel on those nights we don’t know what to eat. It’s not the healthiest but we still crave it occasionally. This location has always given me a good impression. From ordering to getting my food, it’s never too long. The workers there have always been nice. The last time we were there the worker even made my order into meals to save me money. So that was very nice. Saved me $ 3 that time. Wienerschnitzel is fast food, so I don’t expect a delicious four course meal. But their service has been pretty good.

You can’t expect a 4 star rating from a fast food restaurant. Of course there’s bound to be miserable employees and mediocre food. I do not expect perfectly excecuted hot dogs to look like what they show on TV or ice cream to be perfectly swirled onto my cone. Although in my opinion, I think the prices are starting to rise. I just come here to grab a quick bite for whenever I am in a rush. There you go, 2 stars for a mediocre place.

The food was great and the service was good. The manager even brought our food to the table we were sitting at, which was a surprise considering other fast food chains do not do that. The manager was very helpful and kind, I believe his name was Marc

there was a white girl with red lipstick working today in the drive through at 3, she did a great job. she’s the friendliest and fastest employee there! I have all positive experiences with this location, but I felt this girl specifically deserved recognition. sorry I don’t know her name, she’s the best!

I went inside because I had coupons and I thought it may be easier. It took them 2 minutes to greet me, the young lady asked if I could wait, I said no problem take your time. 4 minutes later finally someone comes and takes my order. They were just short and you could tell they really didn’t like their job. I feel bad for those types of people so I was extra nice tried to tip everything. Then she asked if I wanted cheese on my chili cheese dogs and I said yes please. There’s literally a quarter sized amount of cheese on it! I’ll attach a photo for hilarious(although honesty I’m really mad about it)

The food here, I must say, is perfectly good. Wienerschnitzel in general has food to be craved. Granted, it is a bit of a guilty pleasure, but everyone already knows that. My personal favorite since early childhood has always been the Polish sandwich. Especially with sauerkraut added, this is a wonderful, unique and tasty fast food sandwich that I hope they never, ever stop making. As far as the food, this location has consistently met my expectations for this chain, so the food here would clearly earn at least four stars from me if not five. So now let me explain how they lost points with me: In placing a relatively small order, I had a fairly clear idea what my total should be. The math was simple enough that a fifth grader who gets passing grades could easily tell you, off the top of his head, that the total would be between nine and ten dollars, including tax. Of course mistakes happen so I was not surprised when they asked for eleven. I politely stated that I was having trouble figuring out how(4)two dollar items and(2)thirty cent items could add up to eleven dollars. The response: «well, there’s tax.» Here’s a rough idea(not exact quotes) of how the conversation went: Customer: «even considering the tax, it should be well under ten dollars.» Cashier: «well, you wanted sauerkraut.» Customer: «even considering that, it still doesn’t add up. « Cashier: «well, I hear this a lot. But it’s just what the system says, I have no control over it.» Customer: «but it’s wrong though. It’s not correct.» Cashier(closing the window and turning to go talk to her fellow employees): «oh my God, this guy…»…(unintelligible) Cashier(opening the window): «$ 9.26» Customer(politely, with a hopeful smile): oh, did you figure out what was wrong? Cashier: «no, this happens all the time so I just gave you a senior discount.»(I’m not a senior citizen and I promise I don’t look like one) So, the transaction was complete with both parties finally having agreed on a price. Upon looking at my receipt to try to determine how the overcharge happened, however, there was no discount shown. It simply showed the exact amounts that should’ve been charged in the first place. Go figure. How do you explain this? Kind of weird, don’t you think? Now mind you, the cashier was a very friendly, Bubbly young Lady and quite personable. At no time did the exchange become heated or was any anger evident with me or any employees. The Fault I find is not that a mistake was made but that they just continue to insist that is right, and then to say that they have no control over it, and then to give an unbelievable excuse when I asked if they had figured out what the problem was. Bottom line, I will still continue to come here. I Love the food. But I would advise customers here to a pay attention to your total, make sure it’s correct and if you are over charged, don’t let them tell you that it is correct.

I took my wife out for a little ice cream. Well that’s exactly what she got. Lol:/ The service was terrible. I asked for a cup holder and nobody knew where they were. They had to go get it from the back. It looked like a bunch of kids that had no supervision, if at all and had no idea what they were doing. Would not recommend this wienerschnitzels at all.

just bought a regular ice cream sunday. ask for peanuts. suppose to come with strawberries and whip cream and paid $ 3.01 for it. I got a few peanuts, a dab of whip cream and just a slash of strawberries at the bottom. Last time I’ll go there. Overpriced in my opinion.

As stated before… I am rating fast food chains against there other stores in my area, I do not consider any fast food place a five star. And really wouldn’t recommend anyone ever eat at any national chain type joint as the food is horrrrrrible for you as we all know but that said we all have our favorites and this is one of mine. As for all the stores I frequent this one Is the wost wieners overall. Many cold dead fries no extra chili sauce as ordered, got a dog or two that seemed old. I never eat in the store to be able to complain I usually go thru the drive thru. Just bad all around. Sorry but thats how the chili adds up.

This is fast food so I’m not expecting nutrition. I want drive through to grab a drink and run. If this place would just update the speaker I wouldn’t feel as if this were a Saturday Night Live sketch comedy. Between the poor quality of the speaker and the lack of understanding by ESL employees it is an exercise in spelling. I want Blackberry Lemonade zzzzhhhhh Strawberry Lemonade NO, Blackberry zzzzhhhh We no have Raspberry NO Black as in B-L-A-C-K zzzhhhh OK Strawberry Lemonade NO please I will just pull up maybe if you can read my lips… I ended up with a Strawberry… SIGH

Horrible place. Stay away. Food is edible but they they fraud you with all the extras. They add high price items and never mention price. This is second negative review and Unilocal seems to remove negative comments. Lets see how long until this review is removed.

Working as management in the food service industry has made me very critical of how to handle ‘tricky situations’ with the customer. I clearly stated what I wanted to order to the employee(I believe Mr. Manuel was a new employee) and he didn’t completely understand how to charge for it, so he asked a veteran staffer there how to complete the order as I had specified… she came over and pressed a few buttons on the POS terminal, and the order was input incorrectly — I was undercharged for what I had requested. I don’t order from Wienerschnitzel often, so I wasn’t automatically aware that the price was incorrect, and as such, I simply thought«what a great deal.» And then Ms. button-pusher checked the ticket and without even informing me of anything told me that I had to be charged for chilli(twice) on the chilli cheese fries, and cheese on all of my chili cheese dogs. Now I work in the food industry — I know cheese is rising in cost, and it’s not looking to stop any time soon. I know it’s not cheap at all… but damnit, when TWO of your employees are too lazy to ensure that they understand the customer completely and you still charge me incorrectly, and then you have the audacity to inform me that I owe you more money — you better believe I’m going to be ticked off. Had it been my mistake in my restaurant, I would’ve given the customer the cheese on their entrée on the house — why? Because it was my fault. I should’ve been more careful, I should’ve clarified with the customer — I should’ve cared. Not to mention that my co-worker should’ve gone through the same steps to ensure a satisfactory experience… Shenanigans Wienerschnitzel. Shenanigans. Food was good, if that’s all you care about, there’s at least that.

Have not been to Wienerschnitzel in years. This location was a bit slow on the service and no personality. Just doing a job. I tried thier new Chicken Bites. Terrible. 3.59 for six small pieces of over breaded, hard as a rock, tasteless chicken bites. Stick to Hot Dogs. I had a regular order of very limp undercooked fries that would equal a small fry at McDonald’s for $ 1.65. Lastly, tried the Angus Pastrami Dog. I had no it was served on a Pretzel Bun. Terrible and chewy. I later found out that they do serve it on a regular bun. If I had this combination it would have been very tasty. However, due to the chewiness of the bun, it was just to much work to eat and took away the flavor of the dog and pastrami. Just for those three items it was $ 9.51. This was with no beverage at all. I was shocked at the price of the food vs the quantity. Extremely disappointed. For everyone else, just stick to the normal hot dogs that they are known for. You try something new and you get burned.

Older location with an unusually low ceiling, kind of weird. Very clean, nice friendly staff. Can’t complain about the food, served hot and very affordable(5 Chili Dogs for $ 5.00)

Disgusting! Just went there today & watched the guy drop a hot dog on the floor! He waited a minute to pick it up, then put it on the counter(instead of in the trash). Then a lady came along & grabbed the hot dog, put it in a bun, wrapped it up & tried to hand it to me! What the hell is wrong with these people?! How much does it cost to just trash it & start over? If the people behind me heard what was happening & I’m sure they did, they lost their service …& ours… forever! NOAPOLOGY, NOOFFERFORMYMONEYBACK, NOEYECONTACT, ANDTHELADYWASGIGGLYABOUTIT! If that was my restaurant that kid would have been fired on the spot! Oh yeah, they also touch the money & the food without washing hands or changing gloves in between. Nasty place & I’m going to make sure the owner hears about it. 0 stars for this one!!!

Mmmm, dirrrty, messy, sloppy, yummy. I haven’t been to Wienerschnitzel since I was a kid and I never thought I’d ever try it again. I just happened to get a bunch of coupons in the mail for Wienerschnitzel and I was craving some greasy food. Sometimes I just HAVE to eat whatever I want, especially if it’s around that time of the month lol, or I get a little crazy. I had a coupon for a sundae and a meal that came with a drink, chili fries, chili cheeseburger, and chili dog. All for less than 5 bucks! Such a great deal! The line or the drive through was pretty damn long. I don’t think I remember it ever being that long when I was a kid. Since this location is right next to the grocery store I always go to, I see it a lot and I’ve noticed that the line always seems to be pretty long. I guess people can’t get enough of their chili. After the long wait in line and finally getting to the window, I gave the guy my coupons and got my meal. I got a little freaked out because I seriously thought the guy at the window said«you have a nice neck,» so I just gave him a creeped out look, but once I drove away I realized that he really said«you have a nice night.» Lol, so that was kinda embarrassing, he probably thought he said something wrong. I finally got home to try the goods. Messy and juicy, just how I wanted it. The sundae was pretty BOMB too. I don’t normally go on mad binges like this, so I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while, but I have no complaints about their food or service!
