Absolutely Delicious! I crave it! It’s worth the drive and service is fast. I come for the food, but it’s nice that they keep it clean. While eating I noticed the staff continuously cleaning after groups of people left. I even notified them that someone had left the restroom a little dirty and they jumped on it right away– unlike other places where they get mad at you for telling them. Will be waiting anxiously to come back.

Best chilli burgers and great service. A little pricey but worth it. It is open late on weekends.

It has been a good 15 – 20 years since I have tasted a Tommy’s burger. This not so late night munchies attack was set off by 8 hours of straight boozing, I was not in my right mind when I decided to walk over. I went with a triple chili cheeseburger and some fries. I forgot that they smother those things in chili, mustard, and add pickles. It was okay. The burger was a bit overdone for my liking but it was better than whatever I had at home that I could toss in the microwave. The fries were nothing to brag about. I think I would have eaten rolled up newspaper based on my condition at the time and Unilocaled about it. The best part of the trip was running into a colleague of mine inside. She was able to fill me in on the night because I really didn’t remember. The staff was nice and the place was clean. I decided to walk over to in n out because I wasn’t completely satisfied. I think I would go back but it would call for many more drinks. Happy eating!

So my friend said I HAVE to try this place and it was only a few minutes from where I was going. It was located right off the freeway with plenty of parking. I ordered the chili cheese fries and a chili burger. 5 stars for the chili cheese fries, the fries were thick, crispy and held up to the chili all the way to the last fry and tasted great. As for the burger, 1 star, the chili overpowered the whole thing to where it was similar to a sloppy joe. I would of enjoyed the burger without the chili. Also prices have gone up and really starts to make you think if the price is worth it. For now, I’ll get the chili cheese fries again and skip the burger.

I really enjoy this Tommy’s… it’s as good as the original decades ago, the staff here are usually very friendly(today was«Diego») taking my order and he was super friendly and quick and they always get my order right. My fav: Chili Dog with nothing but chili! I would give them 5 stars if they would just clean their tables regularly after customers leave

I’m not a Unilocaler. I don’t post reviews. However, I’m posting one to help save people from a hassle and to hopefully get something done about this. I got my credit card numbers stolen from this place. Never ever advising anyone to come here. And that employee needs to be fired.

Boyfriend and I couldn’t make it to sushi(we have 4 kids under age 7, no babysitter) so we decided to settle for Tommy’s take out. This was my first time having Tommy’s and it wasn’t disappointing. I Had a chili burger and chili cheese fries w/onion and pickles. The chili had a good taste, enough salt and they weren’t greedy with it! Didn’t seem really heavy to me either. The chili burger was also good. It didn’t have a lot of chili on it but, that was ok since I had plenty on my fries. I’ll come back soon. Glad we’ve found another late night option!

Drove up into the drive-thru at 1:26 A.M. right now(literally on 3÷7÷16, maybe the 3÷6÷16 shift based on their schedule) on Monday morning/Sunday night(AT&T time) and they were closed. Unilocal says you’re open until 1:30 and you’re already closed before then. I worked in fast food before for years and would have been fired for pulling stuff like that such as closing early. I would have been written up at the very least. I brought my business to Taco Bell since they were the only place on the block that was still open. Thanks for nothing.

Delicious! A little expensive but worth it to occasionally splurge $ 10 for combo(including chili chz fries). Customer service mediocre at best. Told cashier no pickles or onions on burger, I asked for it to-go. After receiving order, burger was loaded with pickles and onions! Could have Ruined my experience, luckily I checked before leaving. Made me new order but no apologies form staff

In those somewhat faded memories of my undergrad years at USC, the pleasant memories of making late-night Tommy’s runs have kind of melted together like so much chili and cheese on a sponge dough hamburger bun. That last leg on Rampart was always charged with anticipation: would there be a line at 2 in the morning? Would the parking lot have a low rider crew hanging out, revving their engines and bouncing Impalas on the weathered asphalt like the namesake gazelle bounds across the Serengeti? Did I remember my wallet? One thing was always certain– double cheeseburgers, smothered in chili with extra onions and pickles, then eaten bite for bite with a banana pepper to keep your nose running were always part of the master plan. The old school paper towel dispensers, the plywood counter, that had survived countless onslaughts with scribers, termites, misplaced smokes, and several paint jobs… And of course, that Army kitchen-sized pit of chili, cooking over a burner that never got turned off– these were the things of tradition and culture that can’t and never will truly exist in their purest form at Tommy’s franchises, which have popped up all over SoCal. This particular location gets an extra half-star for its late hours– 1:30AM closing during the week and 2AM on weekends– but the melamine table tops, appropriate track lighting, and ADA-approved restroom access doesn’t do justice to the ORIGINAL Original Tommy’s. It’s perfectly OK, by the way, to use a form or spoon to eat those last few bites of chili off the burger wrapper after you’ve finished. Fresh toppings, the thick-cut tomato, the diced onions, and of course, those little peppers that are hotter on the exit than the entry make Tommy’s a winner to visit in a measures way. Eating Tommy’s burgers too frequently will burn you out in more ways than one(especially if you load up on those peppers), and probably will add a little substance to your shadow this summer. A few extra laps around the local high school’s jogging track should help.

Whoever is making the burgers does not understand the concept of EXTRA. If you’re putting extra on my burger, then what does the normal burger look like? I asked for extra and they put LESS. I paid for it, I don’t understand. Make sure you check your order, especially if you go through the drive-thru!

Tommy’s never disappoints when it comes to serving their famous, one of a kind monsterous mess of a Chili Cheese Burger! Even with all that deliciousness going on, I can honestly say that I’ve never enjoyed a Burger from them as much eating one from this specific location! Out of the various of Tommy’s I’ve been to, this is the most COMFORTABLE and CLEAN restaurant! Unlike most of their chain, they have: –Plenty of parking without the drive-thru line interfering! –An actual eating area inside!(Very spacious as well!) –Everything is clean making customers feel comfortable and confident in what they are about to eat. –They prepare food in huge portions looking like the pictures on the actual menu! Tommy’s is known to do their burgers like no other. Whether you’re already a fan or still waiting to get your hands on one of their bad boys, this location is the«GOTO» spot to get just the right fix! You’re just one trip away from Chili Cheese heaven!

This Tommy’s does NOT disappoint! I have been going to Tommy’s since the late ‘80s, starting with the SHACK in LA at Beverly and Rampart, where you have to stand outside to eat it. It was awesome then and it is awesome now. Whenever I get back to the LA area, I try to get a Tommy’s Chili Cheese Burger and Fries. They just don’t have this goodness in TEXAS. This particular location in Chino is your typical fast food sit down restaurant. When you walk in, you are struck at how clean it is. A big plus, and the service was very quick and with a smile. Our order was for the #2 combo of a Chili Cheeseburger, Fries and Medium Drink. Also ordered was a Double Chili Cheeseburger and Chili Fries with a cup for water. The food was outstanding. Yes, it is bad for you. Full of calories, fat and sodium, but If you do not eat that daily, it is a real treat. Everything was fresh with just the right amount of spice in the NOBEAN chili. The price was a little steep however. The combo was $ 7.95 plus an upcharge to add chili and cheese to the fries. The double was $ 4.95 I think and the Chili Fries were $ 3.95. All in it was $ 18.47, but hey, its CA and you aren’t supposed to eat there daily anyway. Overall, outstanding as usual!

SUPERCLEAN! this place is always immaculate. This is hard to find in fast food joints. The manager Jose sees hundreds of people and still treats me with the utmost customer service. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Don’t even ask about the food. Top quality every time. This rivals the LA locations. And those are the best! I’m so happy before and after eating here. Great location, awesome service and over the top food. Wish I could give more stars

***** Greasy Goodness!(Chino) ***** A coworker yelled out from a distance, «greasy»! I yelled back«Tommy’s»? ha ha ha… It’s always a wonderful treat to eat at Tommy’s when my heart can handle it. We all know that there’s plenty of grease, but it’s soooo good. That’s why I call it a treat because it’s not something that i can eat, nor I should eat everyday. I choose to eat it once in a while to satisfy my taste buds. I had my typical hotdog with chili only with fries well done. I’m happy to report that Tommy’s hits the mark every time. Their food is always tasty and consistent no matter what location I choose. Even when it comes down to ordering my fries well done they always do a perfect job! The outter skin of the french fry has a slight crunch, while the inside has the soft potato texture. The outter skin remains crunchy enough so that I can dip in the chili without it breaking in half or getting too soggy by the end of my meal. The only slight down-side to this location is that the parking is a little small for my big truck. I had to park it somewhere else and walk back to Tommy’s. The walk wasn’t too bad. The line to get the food was minimal, so I’m a happy camper :-) Food = excellent(as expected) Seating area = clean Service = friendly Restroom = clean Access = easy freeway access right off of Mountain Ave. Easy access to jump back on the freeway to hit the road again.

I mean… what could go wrong in such a delicious place? I love their food, but our last visit was very disappointing. The chili was so cold! It made our otherwise hot food ever so cold! We were so sad :(
