I am a property manager and received a call from my tenant on a rainy Sunday afternoon that here bathrooms had overflowed solid waste into the house. I called my roto service and they fixed the blockage and advised me to call a restoration company. I called Paul Davis Emergency Services and Scott answered on the 2nd ring! He was out at the property within an hour and handled the horrible situation like a perfect pro! He called me with all the information, options and advice! When our renter’s called to tell us that they thought they had mold, first of course we freaked! Then luckily (thanks to Unilocal reviews) we found Scott with Paul Davis Emergency Services. He was out to our rental and assessed the situation within a day, and the next day, he was out doing the repairs (on a Sunday even) he sealed off the area too, and took pictures of the process along the way, so we have documentation. Not quite sure what we would have done without him. We had a positive experience with this owner/​company and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank You Scott Clements!

Scott from Paul Davis Emergency Restoration is very professional. This is not something a homeowner wants to deal with, yet dealing with a professional with excellent personal relations (PR) is important. After phoning another person to come do the job, I did not feel comfortable with the phone conversation. Scott from the CHINO Paul Davis Restoration was referred to me and he called me right away and was able to come to my home that same day at the time that was convenient for me. He did the job and cleaned up after himself, denying my offer to take any debris to the trash, instead he took it with him. He is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable of the work he does. Scott Clements of the Paul Davis Emergency Service was referred to me by a trusted plumber friend, Paul, and at a time of need too. My condo had a leak in the bathroom and later found out that it was a slow leak and as a result of that slow leak, my plumber found a bunch of black mold that’s been living on the ceiling of that bathroom for a while. Scott came on the day I called him and right away he put my mind at ease. He checked out the infestation thoroughly, explained the process in plain English and sent me a quote that afternoon. I had to leave town the next day, Scott was able to work with me remotely without delaying the process. This was my first time dealing with mold, and I was glad that I dealt with Scott. Thanks Scott.
