Servpro of Walnut

We could not be happier with the job that Servpro did in taking care of our mold problem. A few months back we discovered that there was mold in a wall in our family room, behind some wallpaper. I called Servpro and they sent out Jacob Menchaca, who tested the area and gave me a quote. He was very professional and worked with me to set up a repair schedule that fit into my calendar. Because of my busy schedule the job was started this past week and James Basch was the Servpro representative in charge of the project. His crew came, set up a plastic barrier, removed the moldy drywall, cleaned the area and had hepa filters clean the air. When the mold test came back negative, James had another crew replace the drywall, plaster the ceiling and wall so that it blended in with the unaffected area and paint. They did this work with the plastic barrier still up as to minimize dust in the rest of the room. The crew then removed the plastic, patched the areas damaged by the plastic and painted those spots. James and both crews were awesome. The tagline for Servpro is to «make it like it never even happened,» however in our specific case the room looks better than before because we have a very nice accent wall. I have worked and used servpro in several occasions with water damaged problems which can be a big head ache and they have always done a great job with the repair and restoration of any damage caused by water leaving it like nothing ever happened high recommend them to anyone they are very professional and knowledgeable in there line of work

A few months ago we had a huge flood in our home from the toilet supply line and I was referred to Servpro by my insurance. At first I was extremely stressed because half of my house was flooded but when Servpro came into the picture they made me feel a lot more relaxed.
I could have not been more happy with their services in a time of distress. From the moment I called, they were extremely nice and sympathetic in regards to my situation. They handled everything with a sense of urgency and dried everything out within a few days. I would highly recommend this franchise to anyone!
