The doctor is good and really nice but the front office staff sucks. Be prepared to ALWAYS wait at least an hour past your appointment time before you are seen. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Then when you ask they bite your head off. And extra 35 to 45 min in the front office then another 30 to 40 min in the back. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.

I have no idea why I kept giving this place a chance. They always overbook. You can have an appointment but they still will have u waiting another hour inside just to talk to the doctor. He probably talks to you for less than 5 minutes (so I don’t know why they are always busy). You have to schedule all your appointments like 2 weeks in advance. It’s really bad. They won’t even try and see what she can do to squeeze you in if it’s a concerning matter.

Just left from this place and its a total waste of time, I had to wait almost an hour for the doctor to see me for 5 minutes. Staff failed to inform us that they took cash only when we made our appointment (they knew it was my first visit with him) so there was additional time wasted looking for a bank or ATM nearby. If you don’t value your time, this is definitely the place for you. Needless to say I will be looking for another provider.

I’ve been a patient for about 10 years now. The office is always clean and girls that work for him are always professional & nice. I noticed I had to wait longer than usual on my recent appointment. They have a new system that notifies you of your test results and you can check through your e-​mail. Dr. Pavia is pretty good at returning messages & his staff on following up with prescription refills.

What Erica M. said, they always overbook. You are always sitting in there waiting. SOME, not all, of the staff are lazy and incompetent. Also, I received a bill in the mail and I didn’t even receive any of the treatments they billed me for. After contacting them 3 times, I still haven’t gotten a response, and this started maybe two months ago.
If you want to see one of those doctors who will see you for about 5 minutes and not really listen to your underlying symptoms, go here!

First off my appointment was for 10:40 am it is currently 11:30 and I have yet to be seen. This is not the first time this has happened either every time I come to see Dr. Pavia I have to wait more than 30 mins to even go sit in the room. Once I am in the room I still have to wait 30 mins to be seen. Secondly I called the Friday before my appt to see how much my co pay was and the claimed they couldn’t figure it out until Monday. Finally he never really seems to understand what I am trying to explain is wrong with me or why I am even here for a check up. I would never recommend Dr. Pavia and neither would either of my parents who also go to him.
